Came in to have 4 tires mounted, balanced and alignment. Quoted 1.5 hours. At 2 hours salesman said it would be another 30 to 45 minutes for alignment. I couldn't wait so i paid for tire mount and left Only 1 guy working on tire mounting and was extremely slow. I will not be back for any service.

Had a nail in my tire; staff patched things up and did not charge me for the repair which was awesome!

I had an oil change and tires rotated. When I got back in my car the plastic was left covering the drivers seat and the floor board protector was still there. Not great to have trash in my car. Also, someone set something black down on my light tan seats and left black marks on my seat. The manager tried to first say that he didn't notice and maybe it was like that when I brought it in. I assured him that there were no black marks on my seat when I left it. He did offer to have it detailed, but it hasn't happened yet. I won't go back.

I had previously had 6 tires installed on my vehicle but, due to an alignment issue the passenger front tire was wearing badly. I called to get a replacement tire and an alignmentvon my vehicle with assurance my vehicle would fit your machine. I was told over the phone the tire I was looking for was in stock at the warehouse and it would take about 45 minutes to an hour to have it delivered to your store. I made an appointment/came in at opening time the next day only to be told the tires I was looking for were not in stock and I would need a different tire AND I would need to replace both front tires. I agreed to two new tires and an alignment only to find out my vehicle wouldn't fit on the machine. After almost $400 and a waste of time, I was given my vehicle back. I have no idea what happened but, the nuts holding the hub cap in place no longer did their job and the tech couldn't put the cap back on. Then after pulling away and driving to another appointment, I noticed my hands were blackened as was my steering wheel and door handles. Needless to say, I was forced to clean the mess from myself and vehicle. Not a happy customer and I feel like I was misled from the initial phone call. Will not be coming back to your location or any other Big O tire stores.

Tried to upsell me on a lot of stuff. They didn't know that I had the car serviced (150k) @ the Lexus dealer just not even 6 months prior and it passed with flying colors. I DID need tires though.

I went in for a front end alignment and to have a slow leak checked on my tire. Firstly I was told I could not get the alignment because the parts were frozen together (rusted I believe) and would instead need to replace the inner and outer tie rods (I think that's what the parts were). I was also told there was no leak in my tire, which I know is untrue since I need to add air every week. So I went to Less Schwab, and not only did the do the front end alignment with no problem, but they also found the leak. It was obvious. The rim had corrosion that needed to be removed that was pushing the tire out a bit and allowing air to escape. They saw this before they even removed the tire. They agreed the tie rods (?) will eventually need to be replaced as they are a bit worn, but were able still to do the alignment with my go ahead. Terrible service Big O, and I have been a customer for over 20 years. You may have lost me.

I was in last Saturday to have my wife's car worked on. I received an estimate via email. I am questioning why we were charged $80 for the three part fuel system cleaning when the estimate states $70 and why we were charged $70 for the brake fluid exchange when the estimate states $60? I also have an email I forgot to provide you for $10 off an oil change as well as a $20 discount on any service over $100 - that's probably my fault. However, when I went to store savings from the email I received, I also see a $19.95 conventional oil change offer as well as $30 off offer on breaks so I am curious as to why those savings were not passed on to me. I sent an email to Kevin Shehan, yesterday to the Store's email, and have not received a response.

I have been coming to your store for years. I have purchased multiple sets of tires, not only for my car but also for my children's cars. I have always been VERY pleased with your service. I was very disappointed this time. I came to purchase tires for my car. The conversation about which tires to purchase was a bit stressful as I was treated like I had no idea what I was talking about. You advertise that you open at 7:00 a.m. If you're not prepared to service customers at that hour, then you should change your advertised hours. I arrived at 7:40 a.m. There were no other customers and yet my car sat in the lot for one hour before being moved inside. I was on my way to ask for my key back so that I could go to another facility when it was moved inside. It sat there for another 30 minutes before anyone began work on it. I had indicated that I had placed my wheel lock key on the passenger seat. Evidently the individual that had moved my car into the garage had placed it with the order. However, the gentleman who had checked me in proceeded to argue with me that I had not set the key out. It was only when the mechanic heard the argument going on between us and came and indicated to him that the key had been placed in the envelope with the order that the argument stopped. I am a senior citizen, but I am not stupid. Not only was the customer service poor, but I feel I was treated very disrespectfully. I doubt that I will return to your facility and I certainly will no longer be able to recommend you. Sorry!

This past Saturday was the day that I had my oil changed and I'm genuinely pleased. Your service writer was quite friendly and pleasant. Will be back.

Some of the worst customer service I've ever received. I spent over 3k on a lift,tires, wheels, and alignments and ever since then have received terrible service. The lift I have had a lifetime warranty. At 30k miles one of the shocks was leaking. I told the guy working it was under warranty and he said I was wrong and that nobody warranties lifts and shocks. I had to go through somewhere else. Then the truck started making a rattling noise and the dealer said it was the lift and to go back to them. I show up and they tell me it's the shocks again and I tell them they're under warranty...again. Get the run around for a couple hours then am told they can't get the parts until Mon(this was on a Sat). I was told they would call me on Monday. Mon roles around and no call. I call Tues and get told well they were busy yesterday and now the guy I was talking to was off that day. He took my name and number said he'd look into it and call me right back. Never heard from him. I called the next day (Wed) and get told they're ordering them and they should be in soon. Now Thurs comes and of course I had to call them because they're not capable of picking up the phone. They told me they should be in around noon. Said they'd call me when they got in, never called. Fri I called and was told they were sent to the wrong shop and they'll be in soon. They actually called me at about 11:30 to come in. I get there at 11:50 and sit there until 12:37 before they even pulled my truck in. I was told it would take about a half hour (keep in mind these are rear shocks) and it took them almost an hour and a half. So all said and done I was there just over 2 hours after being jerked around all week. And while I was at another shop prior to all this getting an oil change they said they would've installed them for free since it was warranty work, I still had to pay the labor for the install. I should thank them though because I was about to drop $1,500 on tires in their shop but now know better and will take my money elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend this store to someone I disliked.

I would really like my money back. I will never take my car in again. They fixed my flat. They said I needed an alignment so I did it. 89$ drove home and my alignment was worse then when I dropped my car off. Also the didn't put my spare tire back in my car. So I went back the next day asked for my spare back and if they would fix the alignment again. Still is not fixed. So now I need to take it to another place. That is why I would like my money back.

I had a flat and wanted to buy 2 of the cheapest tires you had because this is a leased car. They then called me into the bay and one of my front tires was bad also. Why they couldn't rotate them and still just sell me 2 tires. I agreed to 2 tires. I was charged $63.96 to mount and balance 4 tires. Then I was charged 35.96 for TPMS for 4 tires. I was charged $89.99 to balance the car. They never asked if I wanted this. The new alignment is the worst alignment I have ever had. I was charged $12.00 for tire disposal. I was then charged $6.00for waste disposal fee. $48.00 for Tire protection which I was also not asked about. On top of this I was charged $201.95 for labor. I am veteran and I have pancreatitis cancer. I am not allowed to make financial decisions because of this. But I didn't make any decisions they were all made for me by your staff. I was a Maintenance tech my whole life. I worked on Car's buses and any building equipment in or around commercial buildings. I was engine mechanic in the Air Force. Because of this treatment I will definitely never use big o tires. I will never recommend Big o Tires.

This place is THE BEST!!! I had a nail in my tire and not much time to wait! They had me in and out and back on the road in 20 minutes. I would recommended this place for tires, oil changes and any other car needs. The cursomer service is fabulous and the management is great!
