Not all my lug nuts where put back on those that where where not tight and my tires/wheels could have come off while I was driving home with my kids in the car.

I came in last week, I want to say Thursday, and was treated more poorly than I have ever been in Big O Tires, by your very own "Manager". I walked in and I asked about getting an oil change. I could tell you guys were slow when I drove past which is what made me come in when I did. When I got there Travis greeted me and I told him what I needed, he then tells me it will be a 2 hour wait. I'm a big believer in HOW you talk to people not just what you say to them plays a role in how they respond. I instantly got offended because I am a 60 year old man and I deserve to be talked to like I am. His body language and his tone were not interested, like I was bothering him. Long story short I went on to ask him exactly why I have to wait so long, I even later on after Travis walked off went as far as going to the back to ask one of the workers if they were available now, he told me yes I can get you in right now, as well as there were 2 other workers that said they would also help. Like I said it was super slow and I knew it was. I just want to say Travis should not be able to deal directly with customers, he is an asshole, I felt like I was a 5 year old the way he talked to me. He walks around like the world owes him something. He didn't even seem to care that I "the customer" was trying to make something work so I could get my oil changed that day. Then he seemed to just give up on our conversation and walked outside to a small white truck and talk to some woman for about 20 minutes. That is when I went and talked to the back workers and inquired his name after seeing if they were truly busy. At that point I just left. I have been coming to big o for about 8 years now and I have never been treated so rudely and disrespectfully. This Travis guy needs to humble himself and realize the world doesn't owe him anything. I'm pretty sure you wouldnt accept this from any other guy that works for your company, and managers should be leading by example. I wasn't going to say anything which is why it's been a few days, but I had to go pay almost double at another place all because I couldn't get it done where I'm used to going, and that really pisses me off. If I ever come in again and see that sorry excuse for a manager I am turning right back around and I am making sure all my friends and family do so as well.

Not clean. Both service technicians had so much grease on their hands and arms I couldn't see the color of their skin. I had blue globules of glue splattered on all my wheels after the service was done. There was streaks of grease on my passenger seat after the service. I had to purchase two tires even though I had purchased the extra tire protection plan for all 4 tires less than a year ago. two were "good" even though they were worn 3mm from stock height of 11- my car is all wheel drive and requires no more than a 2mm difference. Sears honored the fact that AWD car tires can't be worn out of a certain range from each other and will replace all 4 even though one is bad, so I will be taking my business back to them.

So I called Big O on 7/2/2018 and Skype them if they could install my tires I had previously purchased. I explained that they are 37x12.50x20 the same tires they installed three years prior. They said no problem. Come in at 7:00 am on the 3rd and I can wait. I called again later in the day on the 2nd to reconfirm, they also looked up my previous job and confirmed if I came in at 7:00 when they open they would mount and balance them. So I arrived at 6:55 on the 3rd a young man came out and said they cannot install the tires. I said I had an appointment and he said they cannot install them because the person that installs the larger tires did not come in. I said it would be nice since I had to take a day off work that they could have called. I ask to speak to the manager to express my concerns when I ask that he said they can't because they cannot install 37" tires the machine they have is not big enough. I explained I had already confirmed last night that they had the equipment for the install and ask is it that you do not have the personnel or if it was that he did not have the equipment. At that point he got angry and walked away. I asked if he would give me the managers name or owners name and his reply was screw you. At no time although I was angry did I raise my voice or display my anger! I have always Along with my wife and daughter have used Big O, specifically this Big O because they have always installed my oversized tires. That will no longer happen, I'm not sure if the management has changed hands but I would not recommend this store. I do not know the individuals name but he is in his mid 20's and has a partial beard. Again I highly recommend you do not use this location! (301) 758-3540 10259 Kenneth Drive Parker, CO 80134

I visited Big O Tires where I've come to many of times over the years with different cars. I came in for a tire rotation and alignment check. First off, I picked my truck up and returned home, I noticed several large, long scratches on my interior drivers side door and I pretty deep scratch above my left fender. I didn't want to be one to complain, I thought it'd be okay and maybe I can cover it up but that is all I see when I get into my truck now, it is not a few little scratches, it is all you see. I've emailed the store with pictures several times now with no response what so ever to the (store006242@bigostores.co) email address. Also, the gentleman told me that my alignment was totally out of whack and it needed to be corrected. I told him I'd make another APPT to get the work done bc I was looking at getting a bigger set of tires. I ended up, just having the dealership do it when I was there getting an oil change. They told me that my alignment was just fine and there was no need for it. I'm a little confused by that. My biggest concern is that there has been no response to my door panel scratches. store006242@bigostores.com

Went there for a free oil change and came home with cracked oil pan. That Big O said was my fault. The shop I took it to for a new oil pan said the only way it could crack above the plug, like it did, was by over tightening the drain plug with an impact gun. I will never go to Big O Tires again and will tell all my friends about the terrible work y'all do.

I work about 4 blocks from bingo. I discovered a flat tire when I left work. The service manager said he could help me, but it might take about an hour and 45 minutes, because there were people in front of me. I told him please proceed. He actually got to my car within 45 minutes, and within an hour I was ready to go! He did not charge me to fix the flat, but ask me to buy tires from him when I was ready. I've purchased two sets of tires from Big O, & I will definitely go there again.

If I could give negative stars I would. Left my car there all day for them to tell me my tire could not be repaired. They told me I needed all new tires so I took their word for it and gave them the ok to replace them. They had to order the tires. I called at 3:30 for an update. They said the truck with my tires had not arrived yet but they could get them done by 6pm. I asked for a call back when they were able to give me a firm time frame; got a call back 10 mins later and was told the truck had mechanical trouble and now they couldn't do anything until the next day. I told them to forget it; at that point I was very frustrated and wanted the work done that day. I went down the street to Les Schwab and not only did they fix what I was told was not repairable, they told me I had plenty of wear left on my tires and I didn't need to worry about replacing until late fall. I felt like the service was dishonest and they would tell you anything to make a buck. Extremely disappointed; if you read other Yelp reviews several say the same about this location.

I recently had a bad experience at your location. The first visit involved a free tire repair and rotation. The tire was repaired and all were rotated on 12/27/17. At the time the, what i believed to be the manager, informed me that my tires were in need of replacement according to his tread measurement (4/32nds). At which time my mileage was 125,425. On 1/30/18, I returned with a nail in one of my rear tires. It could not be replaced, and required a warranty replaced. I was also informed that my tire tread measured at 3/32nds and needed to be replaced. I responded that my tires were 65,000 mile tires, and I had only 127, 127 miles on my car and that the miles on my tires were only 27,000 miles. That means they would all need to be minimum mileage warranty replaced. At which time the manager returned to my car to re-measure the tire tread. This time he returned with 5/32nd reading. His reason behind this was he must have hit a rock on the tire during the first measurement. I could understand one tire this happening, not on three. He now informed me to keep an eye on my tires and come back to him in another month and they would probably require a warranty replacement at that time. I was stunned that he would think that I would but this reasoning. So, I returned to the location of the original purchase of the tires on Buckley and Hamden the same day. They technicians that know my car and have serviced both my car and my wife's car, including my daughters car. I did not mentioned what had happened earlier at the other location. I simply mentioned that I had to replace one of the original set of four. Now I was concerned about having them all not aligned the same for mileage. They suggested that I have the treads measured, which they did. They measure all three tires at 3/32nd boarding the red level. Suggesting I replace them very soon. I mentioned my current mileage and they immediately informed me they will all be replaced at minimum mileage warranty. I scheduled the replacement for this Saturday. I have already spoken to several work colleagues and friends about my experience, to stay away from your location. I have also mentioned the location on Buckley road for any and ALL repairs can be performed and honestly assessed there. I am in a customer service position as a Project Manager. And al I can state is that that was the worst experience I have ever had relative to my automobile service. As an trainer, I will use this experience to all of my technicians and colleagues of what not to di or act toward a customer.

Took my car in to have a low tire fixed and the tires rotated. It was easy and happened without any difficulties. Accurate time estimate, and friendly polite service keep me returning.

Had a simple tire repair that needed done. After waiting 45 minutes, was told the tire was too warn to repair and they tried selling me another tire. No part of the tire was worn to the wear bars quite yet, however they would not repair. Another tire shop repaired without complaint.

I received a courtesy call at exactly the time I was told my tires would arrive. I drove over and they put the tires on in a very timely manner. I was very pleased. I will keep Big-O in mind when I need tires in the future.

I am rating my experience low, because after a while my steering wheel became very stiff, the indicators show that the 4AWD was lost etc. Opening the hood, I saw oil spilled all over the engine. Was told by Toyota People that some oil area was not properly covered, and that the Alrernator was bad, and that the battery was bad. So had to change the Alternator, and the battery, and the engine was cleaned of oil. All this as a result of the oil change that was not properly done at your facility.
