Big O Tires

I went in for an oil change and alignment. Ron assisted me. I asked for a print out of the alignment and he said the machine was broken so nothing could be printed out. I will be calling in for a refund. I went to the dealer where I bought my car and they did an alignment for me and a couple figures were off. Had I didn't go do the second alignment, the toe on the front wheels would've been off for a long time. Not happy and Ron kept brushing me off. He thought discounting the alignment would get me out of the store. Not happy at all.

I also got a few good quotes on some things I need to get work on.

I dropped of a wheel (off the car) on Friday afternoon to have a new tire mounted and balanced. I told them I'd be back on Monday to pick it up. When I went back Monday morning, they had yet to touch the wheel. Not my first experience with them not getting work done on time.

I've been coming to this Big-O with my two Tundra's for 10yrs for tires and various service. They've always done my vehicles and me right. Like any biz today, retaining skilled labor is a challenge; the managers of this shop are doing their best. After doing $1000 of service just days ago, I stopped by today to ask a few questions about the work done & get a part replaced. The DM James happened to be there as well as manager Jesse... they both were proactive to answer my questions to satisfaction (in fact they exceeded it, because they saw an over-charge for fluids not used on my truck and then credited it double. I would not have caught that.) Dear store OWNER: THIS type of service is what brings customers back & gets us to refer our friends to you. Please focus on retaining honest, skilled laborers. Cut NO corners. Exceed customer expectations. Earn your profits from repeat business vs. fewer sales with higher mark-ups. Thanks James, Jesse, Bob, Heather, Jonathan & Taylor for your service.

Had new tires mounted on evening of 6/21. As I was leaving noticed a vibration that got worse. I noticed in my mirror that my back left tire was about to come off.I was traveling 55mph on arapahoe rd. Pulled over and lugs were not even hand tightened.I tightened with my lug wrench and returned to store. Staff was completely unsympathetic.Kid who installed tires said "I guess I wasn't paying attention".Rediculous. Huge safety issue for myself, my family and others on the road.

Came in with a bad stem, left with a warning that they couldn't turn off and a worse wobble in the steering wheel

I've been here a number of times due to an unresolved issue with the car that I "thought"� they fixed.. my only concern with NTB is that most of the employees spend more time smoking, talking, and drinking coffee other than working.. also... on a scheduled day (not busy) at all.. max 2 cars.. it took my car 4 hours to get an oil change!!!! And that was with multiple mechanics .. when asked when or what is taking so long... I was first told it should be a few more minutes, and then I asked again after another hour passed... it was said they didn't have the filter/oil... that's terrible, customer service and business ... communication is forever key in all aspects of life..

Kevin really knows how to take care of customers. Bob is another person right up there too. Last time I went in, Travis assisted me and did not have a good experience. Good thing he is no longer with big o tires. What a jerk! I called in concerning an oil change and they took care of me super quick and thorough. Love this location and will be continuing to come back. Thanks guys!

Great customer service!! I continued to receive updates on an expected time frame for repairs to be complete since an incorrect part was delivered to the store.

This Big O is always easy and professional. Kevin was especially helpful. They finished the work quickly, checked everything, and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need.

I walked in without an appointment for a tire rotation. The tech explained that it would be about 2 hrs before he could get it in. I said ok. I went across the lot to grab something to eat. I came back in about 45 min. And my truck was in a bay getting worked on. He explained that he had a break, and he pulled my truck in. Had me done in 15 min.
