Big O Tires

I was every happy with helped I got

Thye fixed a flat tire for a new vehicle and di a great job ficing the tire and the spare back in its location.

I went to Big O today because I had a bolt/screw in my tire. I had the tire in the bed of the truck and was using my spare. Big O took care of me...again. They fixed my tire, put the spare back where it belonged (under the truck), and did not charge me (I did not buy my tires from them). Every time I go to this location I am treated great and the staff is friendly! Thanks again Big O! I will continue to use you to get my new tires (tires on another vehicle I have is from this location).

Great communication and speed of service considering I did not have an appoint. They fixed my flat within a few hours of drop off.

I drove in with a Big nail in in my tire and was in a hurry as I had an appointment to go to in an hour. They immediately went to work, fixed the tire and I was out the door in 20 minutes!

Josh was awesome and the guys got me in and out in just about 30 min for tire replacement and a couple new lug nut studs!! So friendly, efficient, and overall a great experience. 100/10!

They explained the reason why the tire could not be repaired and needed to be replaced. They also found another problem tire with a puncture that was repaired for free. They did not try to upsell me on unneeded services. They took my vehicle in immediately and service was performed in a timely manner.

Speedy & Exceptional Service!! I came in for a tire leak & they fixed my car in under 30 min. Dorrian has great customer service and he remembered the call I made before had asking about availability which is a plus being that there was no appointment set for the visit. I would reccomend them again to anyone.
