Fast and friendly service with a wealth of knowledge

I work about 4 blocks from bingo. I discovered a flat tire when I left work. The service manager said he could help me, but it might take about an hour and 45 minutes, because there were people in front of me. I told him please proceed. He actually got to my car within 45 minutes, and within an hour I was ready to go! He did not charge me to fix the flat, but ask me to buy tires from him when I was ready. I've purchased two sets of tires from Big O, & I will definitely go there again.

Your employee went above and beyond, he picked up the part for my truck when the parts place wasn't going to send anyone. He saved my whole week and my roadtrip to Wyoming was successful.

The team at the Potomac location went the extra mile to get me the tires, an affordable price and a convenient appointment after I had some issues getting the work done at a couple of other local Big O locations.

I took my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotate. It took about an hour and a half but I felt they did a thorough job actually inspecting the vehicle and filling out the condition report vs pencil whipping it. I wish somehow they could take reservations for oil changes but I don't know anyone who does. Good job

I stopped in due to low tire pressure, when I stopped in I told them my issue told them I would leave my car,when I asked if they needed any of my info they said no as they knew who I was.I use this location regularly for my tire rotations.
