The new Manager Jesse is turning the store around! I've worked with him at the other Broomfield location off 120th. I was happy to hear he was transferred to the Flatirons Big O because prior management at the Flatirons Big O had lost my trust. Jesse helped me by ordering the FALKEN tires I wanted for my truck, called me when they arrived, and then had them on with alignment a couple hours after. Great service!!!

Above and beyond

Easy to schedule, was greeted immediately upon arrival and got update as the service progressed. Appeared to be very organized. The premises were clean and the person at the desk greeted me with interest and enthusiasm. Let me just say, good service is hard to find so it is nice to see someone a person who is conscientious.

I first came to Big O for a minor tire repair and was impressed by their thorough check of my car. I came back for a scheduled manufacturer service and again was pleased. All work and costs were clearly explained to me, the service was prompt and the entire process was efficient.

Good price, nice people. Close to where I live and generally can walk in.

Good knowledge of the technical details and very nice people

Great place. Front passenger tire on my Tacoma was getting insanely low out of no where. I noticed AS I WAS MOVING to a new apartment and knew that would ruin the excitement of the day and make it much harder to move. Went in and got it fill and fixed within 30 minutes. Got a coffee and had a great convo with the Gentleman at the front desk but Unfortunately I cannot remember his name.

We had a late appointment, so our service took longer than usual. They compensated us even though we didn’t ask for it! Very friendly staff and they’re easily building loyal customers!
