Associates were amazing. They let me know they did not have the tires insight so I knew it might take a bit, but were able to find and access them from sister site and get it done far earlier than promised. Original timeframes would have been understandable. This was over and above. And the explanations were thorough and understandable throughout. Amazing team you have there.

Have been a Big O customer for years and continue going back as it appears you always have customer top of mind. On 10/4/17 you again did not disappoint. Brought car in for suspected damaged tire as was getting a low air alert in one tire. I'd like to single out two guys (John Fortune @ front desk and Doug Maltise, service tech) who treated me exceptionally well and diagnosed the problem in short order (turned out not to be a problem) then sent me on my way for no charge. Again, got the kind of service I've come to expect from Big O - thnx very much!!! This really was not a big deal, but in today's business environment when even a small amount of customer service is rare to expect and even rarer to receive, service like this SHINES!! So, thnx again and PLEASE keep up the good work

Even though I was just a drop in for a tire repair, the entire process was easy and I was happy with how quickly the repair was completed.

Our tires arrived early so they accommodated us as a walk-in instead of our originally scheduled appointment. Justin was very friendly. We really appreciated that they checked for an alignment and because we didn’t need one that saved us money. Tires were about three to $400 cheaper than the competitor we wanted to go to originally. Service was very quick and they got back to me right away when it was ready. I also really appreciated that they used a seat cover in my car.

I came in during the Broncos Superbowl victory rally. It was great to be taken care of quickly and effectively. I was not sure what sort of rates I should expect, but I was relieved and have had no issue. Thank you. I am concerned that my tires were never actually rotated per my request. My rear axle is warped - it wears one tire much quicker over the others. Usually, when my tires are flipped, you can feel the car shake for a few months while the tires even themselves out. The benefit of the doubt goes to you.

I noticed an oil drip after the oil change and I called back BOT and they had me bring back my 4runner to check the oil drain plug and they cleaned up the skid plate to find that every thing was ok!

I used the coupon for a $20 oil change. They made sure to check my filters, tire pressure, fluids, etc.

Dustin was a godsend he was such a honest guy he sold me a new set of tires. Thank God I came in my tires we starting to separate. Thanks Dustin see you next time
