I am so thankful to this Big O tires store. I recently took my truck into this location. My truck sat parked for over a month because i didnt trust anyone as the last mechanic ripped me off. Finally. I took it to Big O tires flatirions in Broomfield. They not only repaired my truck they worked with me and went above and beyond in the customer service department as I ran into issues when it came time to pick my truck up. They showed EXTREME compassion for my situation. I not only have my truck running again but I feel confident I now have a place I can trust bringing mine and my sons vehicle to. Being a women its important to be able to trust the establishments and the staff when it comes to vehicle repairs. Thank you all.

I was trying to get tires mounted and an alignment done on a Saturday afternoon. Every other shop told me to come in on Monday and your store was able to get me in without a problem.

They have also been honest with me about repairs that need to be made right away versus ones that can wait.

This BigO is the best store in our area. The waiting area is clean, there is plenty of parking, the associates are fantastic and super helpful, AND they are open on Sundays, which is a game changer. I highly recommend this BigO - they are the BEST.

There was a long wait time due to the volume of the customers that they had. But they continued to keep me informed on how much longer it was going to be before they could get to my vehicle. When they did, the work was done in a professional manor. Also they are very knowledgeable about their tires and suggested the best tire for my money and needs

Appreciated finding out my radiator is leaking

I was able to take my car in to check tire the pressure as my tire light kept coming on. Alyssa was so friendly and they looked at front tires as well when I said I was hearing a squeaking. I previously took my car to brakes plus 5 times and they couldn’t find an issue but still the issue was happening with my car. Within 1 hr this site knew what was going on and was able to fix my car within 24 hours and now my car is working as it should be. Though it was costly I’m so great full for the knowledge and how friendly everyone was. I highly recommend this site.

I appreciated Alyssa who figured out which tire I needed and helped out with a quote that was prompt. She didn't leave me feeling bad just because I am not particularly mechanical. Also they were clear on their timing which didn't mislead me then leave me hanging, and I was able to get my car very close to the time they mentioned.
