Big O Tires

I go to the Big-O-Tires location on Summit Blvd in Broomfield. The service here is impeccable. The manager, Bryan, does a fantastic job, he is straight forward with no gimmicks. I wouldn't trust anybody else at any other shop with my vehicles. Great job to all! Bryan you are why this store is wonderful!

Got me in and out very quickly. Didn't charge me to rotate the tires. Very friendly and polite staff, along with clean, comfortable showroom and waiting room.

Matthew Clouse greeted us right when we arrived and did a great job helping us find the tires we needed as the ones we'd planned to purchase were not available. He also honored the price of the tires we'd wanted. He was helpful and friendly without being pushy.

The team was able to find multiple sets of tires for my Jeep. All warranties and options were explained to me in order to make the best choice for me. I added an oil change on top of sale because it was easy.

I went in for a tire rotation and balance. The guys were very helpful and knew exactly what I was talking about. They even took the time to give me some quotes on new tires without making me feel pressured in to buying. Definitely have a customer for life now.

I had a bad lugnut and they took care of it

Just wanted to say kudos to the Big O store in Broomfield. For the past month I have been getting a recurring low tire pressure light and each time I'd go to Big O and they would check and fill my tires. Each time the tech did it with a positive attitude and never made me feel like it was an inconvenience. Once I started noticing the pattern of which tire seemed to be the culprit I asked the tech what could be causing it? He gave me a multitude of possible causes and the next day I brought the in the car. Sure enough there was a small nail in it. Shiloh, the Service Manager was pleasant and very friendly. I appreciate having a place that looks out for the customer and provides such helpful service! Thanks!

I came in after finding a nail in my tire and locking my keys in my car. John and Anthony were nothing but helpful and provided the best service I could have asked for. Will definitely coming back here for all my car needs in the future.

Went in to get my tires rotated and brakes checked, will call me back and said the brakes need to be placed in the back and we can replace the rotors in the front but that when I have to break pads explain to me the way we should replace them all at one time.. I told him I would call him back I called him back within several minutes to tell me to do the work he had it done the next day which was good.

John was a tremendous help. He showed me exactly what needed to be done and the estimate was spot on. Thanks John. I will definitely be back in the future.

I've been going to this Big O for eight years. They offer the best customer service, always complete service when promised, and give great advice on what is and is not needed. John is the best.

The service was excellent! The price was $20 cheaper for a synthetic oil change than at jiffy lube and everyone was so transparent and knowledgeable. When they did the full vehicle inspection, they were completely transparent about what needed to be done right away (thankfully nothing on my car this time) and what could wait (cabin air filter and wipers aren’t high priority). I trust the team at Big O to do comprehensive inspections without upselling me on unneeded service. 10/10 will come back and recommend others!
