went in for 'just' an oil change - but right turn signal light found to be burned out, all fluids checked, tire pressure checked and adjusted - all performed

The customer service was outstanding. Shiloh Martinez, your service manager, is a star. She was friendly and knowledgeable (and even gave me a ride to the bus)! Most importantly never made me feel like so many in the auto repair business have -- like I'm being hustled for something I don't need. I've been driving and rebuilding cars for 40 years, so I have a clue. Whatever you're paying her, she needs a raise. She is a person you really, really want as the face of your business. As far as all the work I had done (timing belt, valve seals, front & rear struts, belts, etc.) I really won't know for a few thousand miles, but I trust it will be fine. Job well done!

Tony was super nice and considering it was New Year's eve, no attitude about working on that day, etc. These guys in general are solid.

The gentleman that assisted with my low pressure tire light, I believe his name was Tony, was amazing! He was very courteous and didn't try to push any product or service on me. He explained the issue, he explained what services were recommended for my mileage point, but it a more informative way, rather than a pushy salesman. This was my first experience with Big O Tires and he delivered highly on customer service. Well done!

John helped me with diagnosis of a vibration in front end. I thought it was rotors, but it was a bent rim, which we fixed. The rotors were fine. Great job all around. Shiloh was also very pleasant and helpful.

Was helped by Bryan, manager, and was given great service and even when my tires where not in stock he had them delivered by lunch and installed immediately after. Great service by all employees, would recommend to anyone needing car work.
