Let me just say, William, at you Flat Irons location went above and beyond helping me through the problems I had with my vehicle. William is very personable and made my visit the best it could be. I will definitely be going back to them again and again with any vehicle maintenance that I have in the future. A+ for Big O Tires!

Made an appointment to get tires put on my truck. Arrived, they were waiting for me. It took about an hour to get the tire installation completed, which was good.

My tire caught a large object while driving into work. I made it to Big O with 4lbs in the tire and Norman jumped when I walked through the door. The service techs spoke to me about my issue, fixed it and Norman wrapped everything up all just over an hour!

Very friendly and knowledgeable

Great service and excellent communication from the team. It was awesome they were able to read I was not wanting to be upsold for any products, but have an understanding of the availability and types of services offers (while getting a quote). Only draw back was the amount of time I waited on hold when I returned my call (10+ minutes).
