Just the best place to go to for any type of repairs or maintenance. I feel like the staff always has my safety in mind and never tries to sell me on things I don't need. They also do a great job of explaining what is wrong and why I need a certain repair because I know nothing about cars.

Fast service, fair prices. Very quick turnaround time for swapping in some winter tires and replacing front brake pads and rotors. This location operates very smoothly and are very communicative with their customers.

Absolutely the beast service I've had in a long time. Definitely recommend going to Big O Tires on Summit blvd for ALL your car needs.

I use to go to the same Firestone for 12 yrs and loved them. Something changed, new management and staff but it is not the same community feeling FS. I finally had enough when they failed to complete an appointment made oil change I made the day before within the quoted time because I was going out of town. When I questioned the customer service rep why do you quote drop-in customers oil changes w/in a 1 hr but I made an appt my car isn't ready and they've had it for 3 hrs. I was only met with an attitude as if I was making their job more difficult. Let me tell you this, it was not the first time. I asked for my car back. It was 5 pm on a Saturday I didn't think Big O Tires would take a walk-in oil change but you did and I was able to get to my parents' house. I've never gone back to FS.

The folks at Big O in Broomfield are excellent. Always deliver when they say, in full. Good work, clean store, can walk to the Mall if you want.

Such a friendly staff

They provided excellent service and were easy to deal with, especially when we couldn't find the wheel lock key. No issues getting in and out on time. Very responsive.

Dropped my daughter's car off for a oil change. The oil pan bolt was stripped but Big O was able to get it off and replace it with a new bolt I provided. Service was fast and friendly.
