l had an oil change tire rotation in alignment check everything was good.

Everyone at this specific Big O Tire is very knowledgeable and friendly. The manager, Bryan Peregrine, is extremely knowledgeable in the tire and automotive industry. Also the facility is very clean and they have a comfortable lounge to sit in while you wait for your car to get serviced.

I hate buying tires because there so expensive but Brian looked at my tires and showed me exactly the wear on my tires. It was as I suspected I needed a new set. So it was awesome the tires were able to get delivered by the store manager that day. I was able to get the set put on that afternoon! That was what I needed since I was traveling the next day! Thanks Guys

Anthony was really patient and helpful. I was looking for some tires out of stock across the nation and he was really helpful in finding options. When I finally found them via mail order, he helped get me scheduled and took care of tire installs on both my vehicles.

All the experiences with this Big O store are positive, specifically the service provided by Chyna (sp?) and her team. Easy to do business and they build rapport with long term customers, which differentiates this store from other tire centers.

It was unfortunate that I waited in the shop for five hours for my newly purchased snow tires to arrive and be put on. The wrong tires arrived and I was sent home without snow tires and a bad storm coming. I was promised they would be in the next day. The staff was great to get me in as promised for "priority service" after the new snow tires did arrive. Eli and Shonda were very professional and helpful during an extremely stressful week of snowstorms. My thanks! LOVE the new BLIZZACKS. They are the best on show and ice. Highly recommend.

Brian the Manager took very good care of me.

Last time I went in I was told that my front brakes are close to needing replacement; got my back ones done a while back, this time they said their perfect. Last time they said my tires are wearing unevenly, this time they said I needed new tires, I got my tires from this location 3 yrs ago. Nothing about uneven wear, didn't perform a free alignment check. Makes me question what the truth is, might be looking for a new place to service my car.

They stole $10 out of my car, then paid me back with a ten out of the till and said they won't call me a liar, but no one took my money.

Just had my tires rotated on a Friday afternoon. In and out within 30 minutes. She (don't remember her name) greeted me with a smile, had a great attitude, and kept me updated on where my car was in the waiting line.
