Still havent heard back on my initial follow up regarding clarity and confusion on 10% off service coupon.

Came in for an $8 Bumb replacement. They charged me $95. I had 4 bulbs out but was charged $65 in labor. Was very expensive!

I walked right in so no chance for agent to meet me at my car. Excellent service as usual.

Everything was good except they didn't tighten my spare tire on my tire gate. It fell off while I was doing 65mph on the hwy. It almost hit 2 cars behind me.

Came in with a flat tire, also noted that I thought I might have front brake issues and needed an oil change. Bryan got me set up, checked out the car and called me and told me that he thought I needed 4 tires (as the other 3 were close to wear marks) and then they'd check the brakes, too. After brake inspection and tire install called and said he felt that this was a good fix, brakes looked good, but needed an alignment and that the tire that blew looked like I'd hit a pothole and the wheel was OK but bent a little. Car runs great now and he's looking for a replacement wheel - thanks!

Your staff was professional and helpful. I had an oil change and then returned 2 days later for brake replacement. My only concern is that you advertise a 21 (maybe it was 28) point check for the oil change. My husband looked under the hood today and found SIGNIFICANT buildup of a blue debris around the battery contacts. Is tgis something you would normally pick up on your oil service?

Dropped in day after a snow storm to have my tires looked at. Your staff advisor, April advise me I was down to the wear marks on two tires. She found a recommended replacement set and ordered them. They were delivered to the store in 4 hours and I has notified when they started putting them on. We left the next day and drove 800 miles to our next destination with out a problem in the snow. Thanks for the services professional help and work.

Overall no complaints. It took an hour for just an oil change/tire rotation which seems a little long considering it wasn't especially busy, but otherwise ok. They do not vacuum the interior or clean windows like some other establishments do.

Dropped my car off early morning for an oil change and picked up at noon. Check in and check out were smooth and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They called me with info that I needed a coolant flush and cabin filter. After answering all my questions regarding why...I agreed and car is ready for summer. Really like this company, and especially this location!! Keep up the good work!

We were able to get the car in to change the snow tires on short notice. So far I have no complaints.

I got a wheel alignment on my work van and it definetly rides much better than before i came here , customer service was great , i will be back if i need any other work done
