Big O Tires

Went well, was informed if I continue to experience a shake in my steering wheel that I will need hubcentric rings for my aftermarket wheels.

Everything was great as I was in for a rotate and balance on my tires.

Very satisfied!

Wasn't expecting to have the service completed right away, but was surprised they could get my vehicle right in. Very happy with that. Wait time was short.

Everything was great except l asked to have a burnt out bulb replaced, which they did not do. The new tires,balance, alignment check, and shocks were done quickly.

Had oil change and it's leaking oil all over my garage and driveway

I was specifically impressed with the customer service and friendliness I received from Chynna Peregrine, assistant manager. Even before we brought the car in for service, her phone manners, friendliness and willingness to help were exquisite. She also explained the bill and repair recommendations knowledgeably and with kindness and not pushiness, which is unusual for me with car places in the past. I'd like to thank her for making the oil change/repair service experience nice :)

overall a good experience - I needed a tow service - the service recommended did work for my situation as they were just uninterested. After having the auto towed to you your shop the service performed and the quality of work all exceeded my expectations.

It's refreshing to see such well-informed, knowledgeable and articulate young women greeting customers, and explaining repairs that need to be done. Kudos!

They fixed the problem, but did not interact or tell me the exact diagnosis like they said, before replacing the part until after the mechanic handed the bill to the clerk.

I go here because they don't try to cheat me.

This was my third time to use this location and the only problem I've had so far occurred on this visit. They left off a plastic cover and I had to go back and let them put it back on. Not a big deal.

Excellent service. Brian was very helpful and efficient in completing the job on time.
