Quick service but forgot to rotate my tires. I thought they always do that on every oil change???

I have been a loyal customer of Big O since I lived back in AZ and was so pleased to find a store so close to my work. I have always had positive experiences, however, this last visit was a bit uncomfortable. There was some disagreement between employees as to whether or not they were able to take my car in and replace the tires that day, but they eventually decided to go ahead and accept my vehicle. I called around 5:50 pm since I knew the store was closing at 6 to make sure I'd be able to get my car that evening to drive home and was told they would be working late that night anyways so it wouldn't be a problem. I returned to the shop at 7 pm and witnessed some more disagreement between employees and some unprofessional language regarding workers having to stay late and how upset they were about it. I immediately apologized for causing any trouble and felt pretty uncomfortable that my car was the one causing everyone to have to stay late. At the end of the night, I ended up spending almost $1000 for the oil change and 4 new tires (and was unable to use a $30 off coupon that had expired just one month prior, even with the amount I was spending) so I was pretty disappointed that I had been made to feel like such an imposition. I'm sure I will continue to come to the shop for oil replacements, and I am beyond thankful to have had new tires before a big snow storm, but the overall experience and cost might cause me to look elsewhere the next time I am in need of new parts.

While the repairs took a little longer than expected (it was their first time doing this repair on a mercedes) they were very communicative and receptive to our inquiries and check-ins throughout the process, and always made us feel welcomed to continue to check or ask questions. The staff was friendly throughout the process, and in the end, the car is back to tip top shape. Thank you!

My passenger front tire was inflated 30psi over the manufacturers recommended rating and I had to drive back to the store to get the tire and TPMS checked. Also, my statement showed that I received a free alignment check, but my truck seems to be pulling to the right during all driving conditions since the tire change. Last, there's scratches on the perimeter of the wheels after the work was complete, but I didn't want the hassle of complaining to the store attendant. The manager (Bryan) was out of the office for a management meeting, so he is not aware of these problems listed.

My latest experience was not the best. I was erroneously told my car was ready. After securing a ride to the shop, I was told it was still a few hours from being completed. While I was provided a ride home, this inconvenience was a waste of my time and cost me money for a ride to the shop. When I picked up the vehicle and drove it home, there was a strong burning oil smell. I tried to call the shop several times before they closed but only received the voicemail. I called the next morning and was told to bring the car back immediately. I was not able to drop it off until later in the day. At that time I was told the smell was expected and not to worry. The person I spoke with on the phone that morning denied speaking with me. Again, my time was wasted with an unneeded trip to the shop. I felt the shop was not running well and the customer service team was not well informed or did not take the time to understand the status or condition of my vehicle. I will be reevaluating whether to bring my vehicles back again.

Brian & Chynna are a pleasure to work with, I have been taking our company vehicles (as well as my personal vehicle) there for about 4 years, and have always received exceptional service, I would recommend this shop to anyone. Happy to have found them! Great job!

I asked for a oil change. It took much longer than it had before and I was told a number of things that my car needed. My car does not need the services suggested. I have purchased new tires recently and I was told that I needed new tires. Did they even look at my car? I will not be back. I'm getting a second opinion to make sure everything is okay with my car. Very disappointed.

When I arrived at the facility, the gentleman I worked with was very helpful and got me all set up. He let me know the repair and oil change would take about 90 mins to 2 hours. I received a call from someone, may have been the same person but not sure, about 30 mins later. He let me know they were able to perform the repair to my tire, and asked if I wanted to change a light that was out. When I said I would fix it myself, he made a snarky joke along the lines of "ok, go ahead, get pulled over by the police", which was very unprofessional and quite rude. This call was the only contact I received from Big O Tires in regard to the work being done. I knew they were busy, and I can appreciate that, but never was notified my vehicle was ready for pick up. I did not have anywhere to be, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt, hoping they'd call, but a call never came. The next morning I reached out to see if I could pick my vehicle up, and the gentleman that answered (that said he was filling in from another store) was very polite, and apologized for the lack of communication, and said my vehicle was ready to be picked up. When I arrived at the store, I spoke with the same gentleman, who was again very nice and helpful. This is not the first time I've had an issue with communication with this branch. It is very unfortunate, as the location is very convenient for me to visit. I hope something can be done about this, as well as the complete unprofessionalism displayed by the initial gentleman who I spoke to.

Guy running the counter isn't very fourth coming with services or explaining anything. I needed 2 front rotors and pads and I get a quote for $563. I go over to Brakes Plus and get 4 rotors and brakes all premium under warranty for $480. Also, the lady next to me at your store wasn't too pleased when the younger big guy came out and told her she needed cabin and engine filters and said "unless your husband deals with that"�. I knew what he meant but she thought he meant she was incapable of making that decision; which is how it came out.

I have two trucks that I have you do oil change, tires ... Twice after checking or replacing air filter the cover/filter was not installed properly and the filter was sucked in and unfiltered air is allowed into the engine. I have been a customer for many years. Thank you,

This BigO is by far the best in our area. I've been going here for the last 10 years or so. I've tried a few other locations, maybe closer to work or on my way to work, and the service just isn't the same. Everyone is very helpful and nice - from the front desk staff to the folks how happily put air in my tires when I pull up. It's also super helpful that they are open on Sundays. I highly recommend this BigO for your tire needs.

I bring my car to this specific Big O every single time for an oil change. I usually have an email with a coupon in it - this time I did not, but the 2 women working at the desk were unwilling to offer me any kind of discount upon asking. One basically argued with me that the coupons I've used in the past (that have ALWAYS been honored) are not good for a full synthetic oil change like I get in my older car. It was a big=t off-putting, and honestly, I'm not sure whether I'll go back to this location or company for my next oil change. There are plenty of choices, and if I'm made to feel like my business isn't valued then I might take it elsewhere.
