New tires installed and their price was a bit less than the entire bill from Tirerack would have been and they had the tires for me the next day. Left the car, quick turn around about 2 hours.Tire pressure was not equal, one was about 5 psi lower than the others and a valve cap was missing

I went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation and received a call shortly thereafter saying I was needing the struts & shocks replaced. After reviewing my paperwork from the car's maintenance history, they were right, my 2009 Rav4 still had the original struts at 142,000 miles. Thank you so much to the team at Big O, especially the ladies running operations from up front. They're informative, honest, and do great work - without me having a fear of feeling like I'm getting scammed. My car feels so much better now! I love this place, we will continue to give them our business and refer people there.

Man these guys are great. Nothing but exceptional service since we moved here three years ago. Always polite and friendly, but also down to earth and frank with any issues revolving around your car. I've had everything from an oil change to a complete rear brake assembly replacement here. In every single situation they've been communicative, clear and to the point. They don't upsell you unless its something valuable and they never treat you as if you're unintelligent. They explain the issues, they walk you back to your vehicle in the stacks to show you and they explain the work involved and what is necessary. If they can't do the work there, they recommend great places to go. Prices are also fair and competitive. Again, these guys come highly recommended with several instances of proven quality. VERY busy because of their awesome service though, so make sure you come early and give them enough time to get to your vehicle. We have plenty of places we can take our vehicles, but we come back here time and time again. Couldn't be happier!

First of all, I made an appointment to have my tires checked. The woman who checked me in told me that they need 2 hours to do any work, and was that OK. If that were stated on the website when I made the appointment, I could have made arrangements to leave my car. but as it was I was sort of stuck waiting. The store was very backed up so I had to wait an hour and a half for my service. Although inconvenient, that was not the problem. I specifically asked the person at the front desk to make sure that all of my tires were correctly inflated. I told him that the Big O in Louisville had incorrectly inflated my tires to 40 pounds. He assured me that the technician would have done that. When I got to my car I checked the inflation and found that the front tires were still at 40 pounds. Not only that, one was under inflated as well. The tech who then checked and filled my tires did not apologize for the error. This seems to me to be a pretty basic service for a store that deals entirely with tires! When I went back inside to complain about it, the two salesmen at the desk told me that he had spoken to the technician. It took several minutes before one of them offered an apology for what had happened. Someone needs to tell them that saying "I'm sorry this happened," goes a long way, especially when he told me 2 minutes before that he was sure the work had been done properly.. One of them told me that the tech who worked on my car had possibly "overlooked" checking the tires for proper pressure. I'm sorry, but this was a bad experience all around. I will never go to your store again.

They have serviced 7 different cars for me. The customer service and work is always top notch.

Very poor expectations and communication around the timing of the repair. The work seems to be fine but there was a lot of confusion along the way and it was done several hours later that they said it would. The manager did very little to compensate for the inconvenience

Misdiagnosed car problem and spent $1000. Great place for tires but couldn't recommend anything more than basic servicing.

Although shop staff said that it would take 1 and half hour, I had to wait for 3 and half hour. There was no explanation or apology about it.

Shop went above and beyond after a tire blowout while I was on vacation. Staff gave me and my wife a ride to and from our hotel after learning the issue required my car to be kept overnight. Very friendly and helpful.

I was surprised to hear the warranty on my Big O tires was voided and the tire balance and rotation could not be performed. The tires were purchased at the Broomfield, CO. store and only Big O had maintained them since their purchase. Apparently, the rear tires had been over-inflated by Big O causing the center to wear faster than the rest of the tire. This according to the Big O staff was my doing - not sure how this works. But, in the end, I need two new tires and my warranty is voided because Big O overinflated the rear tires. I have been a Big O customer since the '70s purchasing my first set of tires from the Citrus Heights, CA store in 1976. The Broomfield store's refusal to accept and over-inflating is astonishing - how can a facility who has maintained the tires since new deny any responsibility? This specific store does not seem to adhere to any standards experienced "Corporate" Big O stores, this store is privately owned and it's obvious! Thank you, Daryl C. Leeson

I have gone to Big O for oil changes/tires since I moved to Colorado, and have gone to this particular store for a year now. My car is in pretty good condition and they have never raised any issue. This visit they brought up 5 different things wrong with my car ranging from struts are bad, major oil leak, spark plugs, etc. These 5 things were listed in different handwriting, at least 3 different people. I feel they were trying to fear monger and get me to do unecessary maintenance. My struts are fine, oil is barely leaking and leaves nothing on the ground which seems like a minor leak. They wanted to charge $25 for a spark plug when the best of the best is $10. I do not support fear mongering and being taken advantage of. I will not be going back to Big O again.

John was so great! I was freaked out about how broken my car was and brought it here mostly because of location. They were really friendly and quick. It was finished first thing Monday morning. And they were cool with my dog hanging out too! The price was fair and they absolutely did not try to make me fix ALL the things wrong with it! I had purchased tires here in the past and they were great. I will come here for every repair from now on.

I have always come to big O for any tire need. After I leased my vehicle I've had to go to the dealership for maintenance checks and I was disappointed with their tire care so I came to big O. I asked to have my spare tire switched with my regular tire which I was told at the dealership had a screw in it and a slow leak. Because of your liability policies I was unable to get the tire that had the leak onto the new wheel. Although I understand what you have liability policies I wish everybody wasn't so afraid of being sued. I then took it to a different tire shop. They searched the wheel for an entire day and did not find a leak. I feel disappointed by my service that I had at big O because they didn't check if there was a leak they simply told me they couldn't do it because of the liability. So, I was out $20 from you guys to just switch my tire. The tire that they did put on wasn't cleaned and it was left looking really terrible and I just felt like that didn't match the service that I'm used to at Big O. I won't be back I will use the tire store that I used yesterday that actually checked for the leak and didn't find one. Although, I am also upset that I was duped originally by the dealership " I was hoping that big O would've been the tire shop that did for me what the last one did after you!
