Went in for a battery replacement and the woman at the front desk was very rude. I walked in with a smile on my face saying, "hey how's a goin,"� she did not respond until I walked up to the desk and proceeded to be short with me and my questions on the process and how long it will take. She said it would take 30-45 minutes, so my wife and I go get lunch come back in 45 minutes and I go through the same process as walking in the first time to see if she would hear me this time. After no greeting once again, I wanted to get my car and get out. When I asked if my car was ready, she responded with a sarcastic, "did we call you? Then it's not ready they just got it in the garage."� I walked out the door immediately, came back in 15 minutes and the car was sitting out front. The second man at the counter was much MUCH more friendly and genuinely a nicer person than the woman I dealt with before.

Have been a Big O customer for years and continue going back as it appears you always have customer top of mind. On 10/4/17 you again did not disappoint. Brought car in for suspected damaged tire as was getting a low air alert in one tire. I'd like to single out two guys (John Fortune @ front desk and Doug Maltise, service tech) who treated me exceptionally well and diagnosed the problem in short order (turned out not to be a problem) then sent me on my way for no charge. Again, got the kind of service I've come to expect from Big O - thnx very much!!! This really was not a big deal, but in today's business environment when even a small amount of customer service is rare to expect and even rarer to receive, service like this SHINES!! So, thnx again and PLEASE keep up the good work

I made an appointment online which was promptly accepted. They asked for a CC # to put $100 down on my new tires so they could order them. I show up for my appointment and they told me they didn't run it (I don't like to just give out my CC number) so that was irritating. Then I showed up at 10:45 for my 11am appointment (all I needed was the new tires put on, and I declined the alignment) and I was there until 1:45pm! It shouldn't take almost THREE hours for my appointment. It was ridiculous. Then I checked my paperwork over closely after I got home. My odometer was written at 184,000 when I had 185,500 or so at home! They tried to rip me off of my warranty! Is not hard to copy numbers down. You aren't accidentally off by over a thousand. I called back and was left on hold for 10minutes!!!!!! I was super irritated at this point. They did adjust my odometer record after I hung up and called back. Regardless I will never be back to this location or Big O tires ever again. I will find another place to give my business that treats me better.

The day after my oil change, my car leaked all of its oil. Store sent a technician to my location and found it was a faulty oil filter and this was an apparently common problem recently. The problem was fixed and the tech cleaned the spilled oil off of most of the engine which was appreciated. However, my was was almost irreversibly damaged, I was greatly inconvenienced, and was not compensated for the 3 additional hours I had to spend resolving this situation. Not likely at this time to be a repeat customer.

I tried to make an appointment, but was told it was unnecessary, as the wait time would be only 45 minutes to an hour. I dropped it off at 8:40 AM, and came back at 9:40 AM, only to find that the hood was open and they had not even started adding oil yet for my oil change. It was a total of an hour and a half to get the job done, even with declining the free tire rotation.

Tanner was super knowledge and helpful. On a few occasions I had to get my tires looked at again and refilled. Him and everyone there was nice to me and helped out. Thx!!

My friend warned me not to go here because his tires got ruined by the mechanics (they said it was an accident) and they still charged him. I figured I was just going in for an oil change, it shouldn't be too bad. I handed the keys to them, after the oil change, my car key was ruined! The key fell out of the car remote and the plastic had split! They must have been very forceful when they put the key into the ignition. I was very upset, they didn't apologize and they told me to purchase a new car remote online... I should have listened to my friend :(

I used the coupon for a $20 oil change. They made sure to check my filters, tire pressure, fluids, etc.

I had bought my own tires & needed them mounted and balanced recently, so I took them to this BigO locaiton. I had just had the car completely checked, oil changed and all wheels realigned at my regular service center. I told BigO about the recent service and full alignmentn when I took the tires to them for mounting and balance only. The bill came back with a list of 8 things BigO recommended to have done to the car. One item was a full realignment of all wheels. Years ago BigO was a shop that focued only on tires and tire service, which gets the customer out the door in a reasonable amount of time. Now, they take two hours or more, apparently going over the car so they can make their "recommendations." It's dubious that they 'recommended' a full alignment, plus a list of other things that had already been checked over by an award-winning local repair shop. I think am now looking for another tire shop because of this experience. Hint: I will not be considering any other BigO locations, either.

Had a car in for inspection. Misquoted, left off prices and when I called to get an updated price it went from $1200 to $3700. I knew some of the things were incorrect listed as needing to be fixed because it was my car. I took it to the dealership and NONE of the things listed by you were needed. I called in to speak to original guy and left message for him to call me and never got a call back, Lame lame lame. Never will be back and will tell everyone I know with cars never to go there.

I went in on Saturday for an emergency repair for a flat tire. The employee who greeted me at the desk was pleasant enough and I felt like my tire could be repaired in 45 min or less. I was quoted $32.00 to fix the tire, which was fine since I didn't buy my tires at Big O. I did have an issue when the same employee came to let me know that while they were fixing my tire, they also noticed that I needed an oil change, my air filter was dirty and I need to replace my battery. If I wanted to have that all taken care of, it would cost an additional $323.00! Maybe if I was an ignorant female that they were hoping for, I would've gone along with it. Unfortunately for Big O, I had my car serviced about 3 weeks ago and I know that none of what they were saying is true. I also heard another employee saying much of the same dialogue to another customer over the phone regarding their car. No wonder businesses like yours have a bad reputation!
