I visited the store the day prior to my service and was quoted 3.5 hours to install parts on my Tacoma. The next day when I arrived for the service, I was told I would be charged 4.8 hours, regardless of what I was told the day prior. Since I had made plans to take my truck in, I reluctantly agreed. Less than two hours later, I was called and was told the service was done. At pick up, I again asked if they were looking at the correct book estimate and the doubled down. I left disappointed so I contacted the corporate office vi the website form. I never heard anything back. I now need more work done but I am using a garage further from me because I no longer trust this store. And I will use a different shop for all further ooo changes, alignments, and tires.

I have been coming here for years and have never had a problem. I had a problem with my brakes this past weekend. They got me right in and problem solved!!!

This last service was great, but my experience over the last few years has deteriorated significantly. I can't trust what the person at the front desk tells me based on several bad experiences.

Friendly, professional. Their technicians are very good at what they do and take great care of your vehicle no matter what you bring it in for. I have brought my vehicle in to get new struts, tires, and multiple oil changes. I would definitely recommend going here

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. I purchased my tires here about 2 years ago. I was offered the valvoline service protection plan. I asked how they add fluid to the transmission since I own a 2016 Mazda CX-5 and they never need fluid changes unless major service or replacement is required. I believe his name is "Eli" but he said they just top it off and explained how oil burns off naturally and all this other knowledge that did not relate to my vehicle. It was a sort of argument because I understand how transmission fluid is never changed on my vehicle and I asked how they are going to do it. He assured me they will just top it off. After the service and I got into my car I noticed the unopened transmission fluid can and unopened engine oil fluid bottle left on my passengers seat. Not a good idea to leave oil containers on seats let alone nice leather ones. I went back inside and asked why they were left there. Eli explained now that they don't need to add transmission fluid to my vehicle because of the type of transmission and he took the new can back. He also explained that since my oil change was already done and apparently it was not communicated to the mechanic they couldn't add the engine oil treatment and to bring the bottle back and they will add it on the next service. He also explained that even though they do nothing with the transmission Valvoline will still cover any damage to my transmission for the life of the vehicle as long as I keep paying for the service every 15,000 miles. That is very strange and I doubt it since his knowledge of what is going on is lacking, obviously. EVERY SINGLE TIME I have come in for a service afterwards my TPMS alarm will go off due to tire pressure difference. EVERY SINGLE TIME I come in for service I have to adjust the tire pressure in my tires to get the alarm to stop. I have brought my car back in to have them adjust it after I got my tires replaced only to waste my time and have the alarm go off again. I expect to have to adjust my own tire pressure EVERY TIME I get service at Big O Tires. I am not surprised at all, most places offer the same level of poor service with inexperienced low wage children doing the work.

Though they weren't able to fix my issue, they gave me a fantastic recommendation of someone who could. They are very knowledgable, and sent me with all pertinent information to get my issue fixed quickly.

Do you only post good reviews? Here's mine again: I went to Big O to have my snow tires mounted and balanced and was told that their technicians could do any repair a dealership could do. I had a problem with my TPMS light being on, and I was told unequivocally that they could fix it. Unfortunately, they couldn't seem to accomplish the task. After FIVE trips to their shop for this one repair, I was informed that I needed to go to the dealership after all; they weren't able to fix my car. It cost me $565 at the dealership to fix what Big O botched. I wouldn't trust this crew with putting air in my tires.

I went in this past week for an oil change & I was in & out in less than 30 minutes! Bryan Peregrine was so friendly & helpful! I'll definitely be back!!

My appointment was scheduled for 11am this past Tuesday. It took an hour to even get an update on my car with a store that wasnt even busy. Not sure what the repair crew was doing in that hour, but it wasnt the services I requested. I wanted an oil change and tire repair. At noon, the salesmen told me my brakes were shot. I knew this already and declined their estimate because I knew it would be grossly overpriced. THEN they started on the oil change. What's the point of having appointments if you're not even going to honor what the customer requested in a timely manner? An oil change and tire repair would not have taken an hour to begin with. Another gentleman arrived at the same time I did and waited about an hour before his vehicle was even touched. He had to leave for work and retrieved his vehicle from the garage, and it sounds like this was a repeated incident with this guy. Will not be back to this location.

Big O diagnosed the problem with my car, called me to let me know the options and kept the repair cost at the original quoted price. Very satisfied. Brian, the store manager was very helpful and explained my bill when I picked my car up.

I went to get a set of new tires and was recommended one of two options in stock. The customer service on the front end of my experience was terrific. Kenny was fantastic to work with! The issue for me was that when I picked my car up the tire pressure light on the dashboard was on (clearly the mechanics did not check this). After driving home wondering if I even got an alignment (based on the fact the dashboard tire psi light was on and that I received no paper work documenting the alignment details) I let the tires cool down over night before checking there psi. The next morning I checked and the tires were at 35, 35, 37, and 27. The car's recommended psi was 33. Really questioning other details like are my lug nuts torqued to spec, etc. I would not recommend

I had 4 new tires mounted, and the staff was very careful getting them mounted on my custom wheels. The sales staff was very knowledgeable and was able to recommend a great set of tires for my car. I couldn't be happier.

I had booked an appointment online for 11:00. I received an email confirmation stating my appointment was confirmed, but for some reason I wasn't in their system. I felt like my appointment time still should have been honored; I arrived 15-20 minutes prior to my scheduled time and I was told "2 hours."� Over an hour passed and my car still was sitting in the parking lot, not even in the garage yet. I understand technical glitches as I work in IT myself but at least honor my appointment time or give me a discount on services if you're going to make me wait. I don't plan on goinh back.
