Big O Tires

I just returned from vacation so I am a little late in the review. I wanted to call, but when I questioned the service I was given to what the expectations were before I left the store, I was pretty confident an honest answer was not going to happen. #1. I paid for an oil change, tire rotation and basic inspection. What I received was no tire rotation and am truly questioning if I got the oil change. I was called to pick up the car, and during the call it was recommended that the tires be inflated to at least 50 psi. That, and a couple of other maintenance services that I will certainly not have done at this place. When I got the car home, and we headed out for vacation, we checked the tire pressure and all of them were at or below 35 psi. So, you recommend the tires be inflated to 50, but I leave with all the tires well under that. So, no tire rotation, no air in tires...really concerned about the oil change now. When I asked why the tires were not rotated, and why it wasn't disclosed on my pick up call...I got some crap about why it wasn't performed, even though I specifically stated that was the main reason I brought the car in. The tires are pretty equally worn all around. I will be placing a review online so the public can be aware of the lack of service they can expect at this site. This place needs customer lesson 101. No service whatsoever. They make you feel like you're a bother. They were out of the rear wiper I needed , said they'd order it and call me. 2 months later.... no call. I took all my business elsewhere where they actually know what service is. Avoid this place , it's awful.

The store manager on Sunday gave me a great service and patched up my tire.Great work guys!

My family has brought in 3 cars in the last 30 days. Every one of them has been running fine- needed a regular oil change. The up selling to "needed " services has been hard to believe. We brought one vehicle to a mechanic that we have used in the past with the recommendations and to get a competitive quote. What we received from them is that the work was unnecessary and that the vehicle was running as well as we thought it was. There is a young lady at the desk that tries to push every service you offer- needed or not. We are in the process of finding an alternate service for our oil changes- after having positive experiences here for the last three years.

I came in during the Broncos Superbowl victory rally. It was great to be taken care of quickly and effectively. I was not sure what sort of rates I should expect, but I was relieved and have had no issue. Thank you. I am concerned that my tires were never actually rotated per my request. My rear axle is warped - it wears one tire much quicker over the others. Usually, when my tires are flipped, you can feel the car shake for a few months while the tires even themselves out. The benefit of the doubt goes to you.

Fast Lube Reimagined with snarky threats. So, stopped by this location on 6/26/18 and was told it would be at least a 1 1/2 hour wait. No problem the young lady offered to make me a reservation for the next day. After some some checking around called back and made an appointment for 130pm on 6/27/18. Upon making the reservation, I was told to call ahead to see how long the wait would be. Ok. So, called at 1:10 pm the following day was told my 1:30pm reservation would be around 30 mins. Manageable. Got there at 1:30pm on 6/27/18 was told by the 'manager' it would be at least an 1 hour. I said that I had a 1:30 reservation and had called ahead and was told that it was only going to be 30 mins. He (self alleged manager) offers to change HALF my oil. Doh! Typical millennial punk. Big O needs to work on their management training program. Snarky threats do not go very far in managing customer expectations. Immediately, I stopped HALF way through my signature of the work order (Owner of Big O Franchise on 593 Summit please take note of paper trail) and walked out. I'm pretty easy going and extremely loyal, but I won't stand for safety threats and disrespect. I'll take my oil change, new brakes on other car (yes, big O you already worked up an estimate) , tire order to another Big O or 'sigh' back to the dealer. I spent 40 mins between this review and my YELP review, so imagine my loyalty if I had been treated well. You need to find this 'manager' (1:30 pm 6/27/18. stocky fella, brown hair with a tattoo on lower leg) before he damages more of your business. Upside:Economy must be great cause good help is hard to find!

I always get great service and just love the people that work there. They're honest and straightforward and help me out with my vehicle.

Horrible experience, not only did they leave greasy boot prints on my carpet, they got grease all over my exterior, paint and windows. Then they put a paper mat over the footprints to try to hide the mess. Great place if you don't care about your vehicle and want it covered in grease. FAIL

It was very easy to work with Big o tires to get my tires repaired or replaced.Very progessional.

Put on wrong tires, broke lug stud, spend 6 hours in the lobby over 2 days drove from my home 30 minutes away to the shop and back 3 times. Will never shop here again

Thebest tire shop in Colorado: I have been a customer for over a year now. These folks are the best!

Would not take a oil change at 6:35, had two flats. Lazy

Had my winter tires swapped and they were fast, bagged my summer tires and we're very courteous

I stopped at Big O on Tuesday morning for an oil change. They said it would be a wait, and that I could avoid it by making an appointment. I made an appointment for 4 pm. I got there just before 4 pm. I was told they would get me right in. Twenty minutes later it was obvious that "right in" did not mean right away. If I had been willing to wait, I would have stayed in the morning. I left and got a quick and easy oil change at Jiffy Lube.

Great service, high kudos to Gizmo for his professionalism, knowledge and wonderful customer service. Well done...A+!!

I've been getting my cars serviced from this location for some time. I've spent 5 thousand dollars in the past 3 months and my past 2 visits were very disappointing. I had come in for an alignment and I understand the shop was busy, but the Tech's were having trouble with it and gave up. Gave my truck back to me with the steering wheel cocked 90� to the left to drive it straight after spending a good amount of time on it. This last visit was a flat repair. The way the two Tech's treated my truck was very poor. The way they drove it rough and how they entered the driver side. As they were laughing at the lift on my truck and trying to jump in it in dumb ways they hit the door on a blue pillar leaving a blue mark on the door and chipped paint off a brand new paint job. Unprofessional to say the least.

Big O in Broomfield, CO always does a good job. Efficient and fast and they shoot straight with you on the time it takes to do the work.

I used them for an oil change and rotation of my tires. The next day all four of my tires were under inflated and I had to go fill them up myself. Very unhappy and also it is very unsafe. I don't think I'll be using big o again anytime soon. Also 2 months ago my girlfriends cars timing belt broke and you guys fixed it. But of course before getting her car back she was told that she needed new spark plugs and spark plug wires. The employee also informed her that he wasn't sure that she would be safe without doing theses things. Another instance was when my girlfriends car needed an a/c recharge. We dropped off the car and went to go eat and see a movie. 3.5 hours later the car still wasn't ready! After we made a big deal about it and we're told we wouldn't be able to get her car back until after 2 we were ready to walk out the door. Then suddenly her car was ready. So 2 weeks after her a/c was alledgedly refilled it stopped blowing cold air. It is for these reasons and the lack of professionalism that my girlfriend and I will no longer be using your services.

This was my first time using this particular Big O location and the experience was spot on. Very personable staff!
