Big O Tires

I moved to Superior 3 years ago, so decided to try this store. My first experience was horrible - poor customer service, long wait times and charged me for a service I did not request. I waited 3 years to return, as this Big O is closer than the 10 miles I usually travel. SAME horrible service, refused to rotate my tires saying they were too worn though I bought them less than 2 years ago, had only 40,000 miles on 60,000 mile tires and shouted at me as I left that no one else would do the work and that I needed to buy new tires. I would not recommend this store and will actively tell people to avoid going there. SHAME on you!!!!

They were going to change my neice 59.00 to put a bulb in the license plate light

went in for 'just' an oil change - but right turn signal light found to be burned out, all fluids checked, tire pressure checked and adjusted - all performed

Employees should ask customers weather they want a service before they do it. I was not satisfied with the time and diligence my visit was handled. I was told my oil change would only take 30-45 minutes witch was fine since I was on my hour break. Ended up being 11/2 hours.

The customer service was outstanding. Shiloh Martinez, your service manager, is a star. She was friendly and knowledgeable (and even gave me a ride to the bus)! Most importantly never made me feel like so many in the auto repair business have -- like I'm being hustled for something I don't need. I've been driving and rebuilding cars for 40 years, so I have a clue. Whatever you're paying her, she needs a raise. She is a person you really, really want as the face of your business. As far as all the work I had done (timing belt, valve seals, front & rear struts, belts, etc.) I really won't know for a few thousand miles, but I trust it will be fine. Job well done!

My wife went in for an inspection was told she needed a light bulb for her license tag she was charged 43$ for a 3$ light bulb mechanics always rip women off all women should avoid this store they will RIP you off

After several visits trying to figure out the slow leak, they decide that it WAS the tire that they repaired a month earlier, something that I insisted that they consider because I had the warranty. Was it because I had a warranty from another Big O and that would effect them financially? Sounds hard to believe they are not compensated for this by the corporate headquarters. They charged me for a valve I didn't need, and made me list 5+ times. I've given them $5000+ in business. Not any more.

Everyone was very helpful and they all had excellent customer service.

Have two box vans. Take both to Big O. Tires, oil changes, repairs. Never a problem.

John helped me with diagnosis of a vibration in front end. I thought it was rotors, but it was a bent rim, which we fixed. The rotors were fine. Great job all around. Shiloh was also very pleasant and helpful.

Dropped my car off at lunch and picked it up on my way home. Easy! Thank you

Went in and had my brake pads done. They got me in quick and had my car finished before the estimated time. I occasionally stop in to get my tires rotated and filled with no issues even though the tires were already on the vehicle when I purchased it and not purchased at the Broomfield/ Superior location. Thank you!! You guys rock!!!
