Norman was a wonderful associate to work with! He assisted me as quickly as he could, with a smile on his face and was very clear and direct about the service they would perform.

I had a great experience at this location. John, Dan and Norman were all very helpful, flexible and timely with helping me get a family back on the road. We had to have the vehicle towed in and sit in the lot for a couple of days, it had a dead battery which they were able to help with right away. They did a great job explaining all expenses and shared knowledge of tire conditions, showing safety concern for the family. This location provided excellent service!

Tony was super nice and considering it was New Year's eve, no attitude about working on that day, etc. These guys in general are solid.

The gentleman that assisted with my low pressure tire light, I believe his name was Tony, was amazing! He was very courteous and didn't try to push any product or service on me. He explained the issue, he explained what services were recommended for my mileage point, but it a more informative way, rather than a pushy salesman. This was my first experience with Big O Tires and he delivered highly on customer service. Well done!

Because they were able to fit me in the day & time I wanted (same day) I was going to be driving a long distance & wanted the oil change done before I went.

Friendly, fast, and efficient

Was helped by Bryan, manager, and was given great service and even when my tires where not in stock he had them delivered by lunch and installed immediately after. Great service by all employees, would recommend to anyone needing car work.

I pulled into big o tire with a major flat tire that was rapidly losing air. The customer service was swift, polite, and knowledgeable. He informed me that it would take an hour, but I was fine with that, I had no choice. I was surprised that they finish in half the time and was so thankful, since I was on my way to work.

Very fast, friendly, and professional service. I came in for a front end alignment and set of four tires and was done all white I waited in about two hours.

Very seemless and smooth from start to finish, scheduling online was very convienient. Received an email to confirm my appointment which I loved, knowing they had time in the day for my service. Check in was fine, waited for a little and decided to walk next door to grab food and drinks and enjoied a nice meal. When I was walking back I saw my car getting moved from the garage back to the parking lot and was super excited on how perfect the timing was.

I have been going to this Big O Tire since I moved to the area in 2010. They have continued to do a fantastic job!!!

When I arrived without an appointment I was immediately taken care of. The associate immediately took my information. Took a look at my tire and explained that it was fixable. He said the work would not be long and asked if I was going to wait. I waited for about 20mins not long and he gave me my keys and the invoice with the free service. I would definitely return the associate was friendly and efficient.

Eli was quick to greet me When I entered the store and get me checked in. The oil change was performed relatively quickly. Overall a good visit.

Called the shop and spoke with Alan. He was able to get me in same day an hour later. My car pass worked on as soon as I got to the shop, and was finished shortly after. Overall, very happy with the experience, and Alan was great to work with.
