Eli is a great manager there, he is always inform me of what needs to be done on my vehicles when I take them in for service.

I had a flat tire while traveling in a company vehicle and brought my tire in for repair. The tire was fixed quickly, and I was not charged. Dan, the associate who helped me, was professional and efficient. The location was clean and the lobby comfortable to wait in. Highest praises!

I use to go to the same Firestone for 12 yrs and loved them. Something changed, new management and staff but it is not the same community feeling FS. I finally had enough when they failed to complete an appointment made oil change I made the day before within the quoted time because I was going out of town. When I questioned the customer service rep why do you quote drop-in customers oil changes w/in a 1 hr but I made an appt my car isn't ready and they've had it for 3 hrs. I was only met with an attitude as if I was making their job more difficult. Let me tell you this, it was not the first time. I asked for my car back. It was 5 pm on a Saturday I didn't think Big O Tires would take a walk-in oil change but you did and I was able to get to my parents' house. I've never gone back to FS.

Spoke with Kyle to ask pricing if tire to budget and schedule an appointment. I greeted Kyle upon arrival, introduced myself and he remembered our call. Kyle told me options of tires, showed me the tires while explaining the benefits of each product. Kyle came out explaining there was an alignment needed, once explained the options available. There was no pressure aka high sales pitch.

They are friendly here and accommodating. Scheduling online is easy and I have been able in the past to get a service done quickly without an appointment.
