Big O Tires

All the experiences with this Big O store are positive, specifically the service provided by Chyna (sp?) and her team. Easy to do business and they build rapport with long term customers, which differentiates this store from other tire centers.

The people were great, friendly and thorough. Wish it didn't take so long to change tires, but rather that than rushing. Wonderful this location is right next to Chick-Fil-A to have a meal while you wait. Wish there was a nicer outdoor seating just because it's such a wonderful day today, but understand how that can be complex.

Brian the Manager took very good care of me.

There were no surprises in my bill. The associates did the work they said they would- with no sudden add-ons.

Great employees

Just had my tires rotated on a Friday afternoon. In and out within 30 minutes. She (don't remember her name) greeted me with a smile, had a great attitude, and kept me updated on where my car was in the waiting line.

The shop was locally owned, yet offered the suite of products nationally available. The service experience was efficient and respectful. I was also provided additional service options and details for the future.

Brian & Chynna are a pleasure to work with, I have been taking our company vehicles (as well as my personal vehicle) there for about 4 years, and have always received exceptional service, I would recommend this shop to anyone. Happy to have found them! Great job!

This BigO is by far the best in our area. I've been going here for the last 10 years or so. I've tried a few other locations, maybe closer to work or on my way to work, and the service just isn't the same. Everyone is very helpful and nice - from the front desk staff to the folks how happily put air in my tires when I pull up. It's also super helpful that they are open on Sundays. I highly recommend this BigO for your tire needs.

My tire was covered under warranty, which was a surprise to me. Service was quick and I appreciate the honest employees!

I stopped in to have air put in my tire and Evan helped me, and he found a leak and showed me where I as and explained tha they could easily fix it. I returned, dropped it off and they exceeded my expectations with the timeliness of getting the job completed.
