Big O Tires

I went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation and received a call shortly thereafter saying I was needing the struts & shocks replaced. After reviewing my paperwork from the car's maintenance history, they were right, my 2009 Rav4 still had the original struts at 142,000 miles. Thank you so much to the team at Big O, especially the ladies running operations from up front. They're informative, honest, and do great work - without me having a fear of feeling like I'm getting scammed. My car feels so much better now! I love this place, we will continue to give them our business and refer people there.

I had an emergency with a tire on a Friday am. The associates at Big O were great. They answered their phone early (unlike other tire places)! They took my car and had it fixed and ready just as I needed it. The whole process was easy and I definitely recommend them.

Man these guys are great. Nothing but exceptional service since we moved here three years ago. Always polite and friendly, but also down to earth and frank with any issues revolving around your car. I've had everything from an oil change to a complete rear brake assembly replacement here. In every single situation they've been communicative, clear and to the point. They don't upsell you unless its something valuable and they never treat you as if you're unintelligent. They explain the issues, they walk you back to your vehicle in the stacks to show you and they explain the work involved and what is necessary. If they can't do the work there, they recommend great places to go. Prices are also fair and competitive. Again, these guys come highly recommended with several instances of proven quality. VERY busy because of their awesome service though, so make sure you come early and give them enough time to get to your vehicle. We have plenty of places we can take our vehicles, but we come back here time and time again. Couldn't be happier!

Everything was great as I was in for a rotate and balance on my tires.

I was able to get my vehicle in for inspection very quickly, and the entire time in the shop was quick considering what was done. I did need new brakes, which were under warranty, and therefore the cost of this was covered, except the labor…and an “up charge” on the new part, since the old one/pricing was higher. I don’t think I should have been liable for any of that cost - bit that is on the part manufacturer, not this location.

Still havent heard back on my initial follow up regarding clarity and confusion on 10% off service coupon.

Allie (so) was amazing when I called about my tire. She was knowledgeable and communicated exactly what needed to be done. When I was unable to pick up my car, she made sure it was secured for the night.

Wasn't expecting to have the service completed right away, but was surprised they could get my vehicle right in. Very happy with that. Wait time was short.

Great service everyone is friendly. It is disappointing that they no longer have TV to watch why one is waiting, that is what helps pass the time

John was very accommodating. Work through with me through what tire should go on my vehicle. Explanation wassatisfactory as well as the ease of getting in and out of the store. The manager was also helpful in regards to tires I was very satisfied and happy with the service.

Came in with a flat tire, also noted that I thought I might have front brake issues and needed an oil change. Bryan got me set up, checked out the car and called me and told me that he thought I needed 4 tires (as the other 3 were close to wear marks) and then they'd check the brakes, too. After brake inspection and tire install called and said he felt that this was a good fix, brakes looked good, but needed an alignment and that the tire that blew looked like I'd hit a pothole and the wheel was OK but bent a little. Car runs great now and he's looking for a replacement wheel - thanks!

Amazing sales associates worked on my tire issue, gave me a multitude of options, and left me leaving the store feeling taken care of.

Dropped in day after a snow storm to have my tires looked at. Your staff advisor, April advise me I was down to the wear marks on two tires. She found a recommended replacement set and ordered them. They were delivered to the store in 4 hours and I has notified when they started putting them on. We left the next day and drove 800 miles to our next destination with out a problem in the snow. Thanks for the services professional help and work.

Dropped my car off early morning for an oil change and picked up at noon. Check in and check out were smooth and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They called me with info that I needed a coolant flush and cabin filter. After answering all my questions regarding why...I agreed and car is ready for summer. Really like this company, and especially this location!! Keep up the good work!

The entire staff was super friendly to me, other customers and even with each other. It made for a comfortable environment. The day was busy, but they took time to greet every customer.
