I got a wheel alignment on my work van and it definetly rides much better than before i came here , customer service was great , i will be back if i need any other work done

I was specifically impressed with the customer service and friendliness I received from Chynna Peregrine, assistant manager. Even before we brought the car in for service, her phone manners, friendliness and willingness to help were exquisite. She also explained the bill and repair recommendations knowledgeably and with kindness and not pushiness, which is unusual for me with car places in the past. I'd like to thank her for making the oil change/repair service experience nice :)

Friendly staff with knowledgable insight providing me with tires I needed for my Lexus. All the staff are willing to go out of their way to make sure my vehicles serviced properly and that I walk away 100 percent satisfied. I will be a return customer for the years to come and I will highly recommend this Big O Tires to all.
