Big O Tires

Had aWONDERFUL experience at Big o Tires. Javier helped me try to find a tire to match my other 3, even calledback to NC where I purchased them to find their distributor. He and the staff were wonderful getting me tires and looking st my car to make sure it was safe. Highly recommend!

They were very nice and helpful to getting what I needed done

I always go to Big O Tires for my oil changes, tire needs and for repairs on my car. They always remember me and provide me with good information to make an informed decision for my car. Since I don't know much about cars and they are also always willing to speak with my dad (I know) on the phone so that I know I'm getting what I need and not a bunch of extras. This week I had a flat tire (the inner wall was damaged so couldn't be repaired) so called ahead to make sure they still carry the model on my vehicle and told them I would come by in the afternoon. When I came in, they got me in right away and were able to replace my tire and do an oil change. They had ordered in the tire that morning after I called and it was already there in the afternoon so it made coming in much easier. I appreciate how nice the staff is and how helpful they are to me.

I was greeted with a friendly atmosphere. Was told straight up pricing and time it will take. Plenty of room to wait. And I got to say that they are way more pleasent than the staff on S Federal. Whom where rude just to plug a tire.

They are great about getting us in for appointments on short notice, friendly and very knowledgeable about their product.

I recently went into this store to have my brakes looked at.The folks determined that I needed new calipers and pads.They were not in stock, and had to be ordered. Do to some confusion at the warehouse, the appropriate parts did not arrive in a reasonable amount of time.Tim was very nice and very apologetic for the inconvenience.They offered to give me a couple additional services for no charge.I came back the next day and they completed the work that I came in for as well as the extra work.I left happy and my brakes work and sound great. Below, I'm adding a slightly lower rating for cleanliness.There is a weird, chemical smell that seems to be coming from the bathroom (not regular bathroom smell!).I found it unnerving and hope they find the source.

Hey what can I say? The fact remains BigO tires Is a cut above the rest.
