Big O Tires

I have always gone there for my tires and service.

The service man who actually worked on my car was very thorough and professional. He was great!!!

I was able to drop off my car after work and pick it up the next day. they even were nice to stay open a little later so that I could pick it up after I got off work.

Austin and the team at the W. Colfax location are always friendly and helpful. Austin always listens and respects my opinion when working on my fleet vehicles. I appreciate having a professional on my side.

Fred fixed me up with some tires that fit my need for traction with extra gription. The take off tires were then handed over to my friend, who I met at Big O for the transfer. He did not know your company. He had you mount and balance these tires. He is happy too!

The associates were very professional and friendly.

I was there this week for an oil change. The technician discovered a low battery. I appreciated knowing this since I purchased that battery a year ago from O'Reilly's and had it replaced. Service from Big O has been great.

Javier and Ricky, The service men in the shop, were very helpful and took the time to go out of their way to help me. Javier explained everything to me clearly and completely and helped me understand the service policies and answered all my questions and made suggestions about what my car needs in the future. I received excellent service. Thank you!

The gentleman that help me on the phone was smart and understood my needs. He told me I could come down to the store and we could get it taken care of. Sure enough him and his team had me driving out with 4 new tires and my truck has never been happier and I now feel safer. Thanks Marnie and team. I'll Be Back.

Marin was the individual who worked with me. I stopped into the facility 2 days prior before making an appointment decision. Marin was through and knowledgeable as I asked him that day what was the charge to install a radio mast on my SC 400 Lexes Sport Coup if I had the part and just need it installed. He gave me a fair price and then I asked him about what was the charge for 4-wheel alignment and he gave me a price and then I asked if he could do better on the price he quoted and he said that he would deduct $10 and then I said let go ahead with an appointment. Rob, Austin, and Antonio make my life easy. I bring them my car and they let me know what needs done without stacking on services that aren't necessary at the time. It's what makes me feel comfortable coming to this Big O.

Went there to get a nail out of my tire and they were really nice and called me when my car was done

I initially made an appointment online, then called to reschedule. The call was quick and everything was communicated for the new appointment very well. When I showed up for the appointment, they checked me in quickly and got started on my vehicle immediately. Great service!
