Big O Tires

Javier was able to take the stress out of my road trip, by giving me great product, four tires and an oil for a great price. He took the time to listen to my concerns and my needs. His team was very quick and provided excellent service. Thank you to you all.

Big O backed the service warranty to replace my tire.

I had been there before to buy tires but the former management and former associates were not friendly or accommodating. This time my experience was a lot better. The manager and employees were helpful, and courteous.

Just had snow tires installed

We had excellent service during our visit. The entire team was smiling and beyond helpful. Javier Flores and Cheyenne Martinez were exceptional. I wish I had the names of the guys in the workshop as well because they were also just great. They warmly greeted me (even when I pulled into the garage when I wasn't supposed to). It was the best experience anyone could expect while HAVING to have their car serviced. We actually decided to get on of our other cars serviced the next day because of the staff. You've got a great staff there and I hope they are recognized for it. Good staff is HARD to find and keep!

I came in without an appointment and the tech. got me right in. I had ran over a nail and it only took the team minutes to get me back on the road. Then when I went to pay he told me not to worry about it! I will be back when it comes time for new tires! Thanks!

Everytime I have come to this store even before I had purchased tires they were very accommodating. They fixed 3 tires with leaks over a period of a year and never charged me. That is why I returned to them when I needed new tires. I have been back 3 times for scheduled rotations and they have been very good at getting me in and out asquickly as possible.

Won't go anywhere else. The guys here are fantastic, and the service is always above and beyond.

Every time I get my car serviced at Big O, it's a very good experience. Customer service is friendly and willing to help with any problems.
