Excellent service. Friendly and informative staff. I'm bring my car back next week for new struts as I was impressed with service and with great reviews of this shop.

I bought tires here two years ago and the service was great then like it was now. The salesman helped me decide on which tires to purchase.

The Manager Javier was professional, knowledgeable and went out of his way to help us and to others in the neighborhood during our visit. He gave us a great deal on tires for our Range Rover and now we will return for a complete brake job that would be costly and less reliable elsewhere. The staff was super courteous and helpful. As a woman, I am always reluctant to take my car in for anything. Not this time. There was no drama, no trying to tell me there were issues with my car that required hundreds or thousands of dollars of repairs. Car was in and out quickly and the entire experience was seamless. Came in 2 weeks ago to get 2 new tires for my 96 Cadillac Deville. Good tires, cheep and came back to get the other 2. Fast service, didn't wait more than 20 min each time in and out the door.

My old snow tires wouldn't seal, so I was dealing with flat tires. The guys tried re mounting them for me but the tires wouldn't hold. So they put my all seasons back on, ordered new tires, and then re installed the new tires after they arrived.

The initial issue(tire pressure sensor) was not immediately addressed on my first visit but was solved easily my second visit with friendly Customer service

My sensor came on and I'm glad I stopped here. Turns out I had a nail in one of tires. I had about a 45 min wait, but the guys were really nice.

My visit was started by Sunny who was very polite and friendly. He told me they had a bit of a wait for an oil change which was fine with me because I didn’t have any other commitments. He called when the service was complete. Robert completed my invoice when I arrived to pick up my car and he was also very friendly. Both times I arrived I was acknowledged right away. Sunny again apologized for the length of time it took to complete the oil change which was very nice but again I didn’t mind. Overall great service.

I used Big O when I lived in Cheyney WY and when I moved to Lakewood went there. Both locations have provided me with exemplary service. Besides great tire sales and service the front end alignment techs have aligned my car like never before. As long as I live in Lakewood I will only go to them.

My family was visiting Denver for the wedding of my son and daughter in law. She needed better tires to travel in the mountains this winter and we needed them before they headed back to Southwest Colorado and more snow. Javier not only recommended a practical and affordable solution, but offered to store her still useful summer tires until our wedding weekend was completed. Excellent knowledge and customer service!

I stopped by on a Friday afternoon and was scheduled for the following morning. My tires were put on fast and I was done very timely.

I go in twice a year to get my tires changed (sometimes more if I have a nail in a tire)... and I'm always greeted with a smile. Service is good and they get me in and out in a reasonable time.
