Love this location. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. I feel very valued as a customer and am always given the best advice on each visit. I have already referred multiple people to this location for service, and will continue to do so!

They did take care of me. I feel like the overall pricing was fair. I had an issue with the work and they fixed it.

Had a leak in the brake system which could not be located though they tried in the morning. Later in the day it started again so I stopped back and the fluid leak showed up in the master cylinder. We scheduled it for the next morning. Quick and fair price.

This is the location I use for my personal vehicles so when I needed service on a couple of my companies fleet vehicles, it made sense to go where I know I will receive excellent customer service and the job will be done right. Austin and his team did not fail this time either. All the employees that I've worked with at this location have been respectful and courteous. This location is always busy but they work as fast as they can. I always leave knowing that the job was done correctly. Good job Big O!

I had such a horrible experience at another Big O in Lakewood colorado on Union street that the experience I expected at this location was a dream. The gentleman I dealt with was totally professional, and completely understanding. He is the reason I am now only going to your location.

Repairs went longer than expected so I rec'd a $20 discount and coupons for additional services. felt my time was well spent and appreciated the consideration given to me.

Needed 4 new tires which were replaced and balanced while I waited. Service was good and only took a little over an hour.

So, another garage wanted to charge me a skosh over $120.00 to mount, balance, and install valve stems for my 33s that just arrived. I thought that was a high quote, so I shopped around, and found Big O. The did all that for $68.00 and then pretty much undercut everyone else around Lakewood, CO for a front/rear differential service and rear brake job. Now I'm a repeat customer. They swapped my tires out in about 30 minutes and were cool about advising me through the process with all the weights and what-not associated with installing crawler tires. Finally, I took my new tire install up on Loveland Pass in a blizzard on Saturday night. I stayed planted.

This location is always customer-first, always accommodating and professional. I highly recommend them.

I wish I caught the name of the guy who helped me, because he couldn't have been nicer and more helpful (I was the guy who had a 2007 lexus es 350 towed in for a new battery). I wrote a review on google as well. Very nice, quick, and courteous!
