Big O Tires

Great shop I been taking vechile there for years but last time I took my envoy for a oil change I asked them to please top off my antifreeze and fill my power steering fluid I got charged a additional $15.00 but they didnt fill them

I brought my car in for an oil change. The mechanics noticed a problem and explain why it needed to be fixed. After the fix, I started to notice the problem described more than before the fix. They took my care back multiple times to get it back to working they way it should, always on my schedule.

I have asthma and usually the smell of tires in a tire store is overwhelmingly smelly. Not this store. Amazing to me! Thank you for keeping it clean and not filled with sales tires in waiting room.

I called to get some quotes on tires and Ricky was very helpful and sent me a number of possibilities. I ordered to get them installed the next day. They were friendly, and super speedy. I would recommend this Bog O store to anyone.

From now on I will use this Big O tires for all of my fleet management. The old management had let me down in the past but Rob, Austin and Sonny have proven to be just awesome in EVERY respect. They have brought in new certified Techs that absolutely know what they are doing and get my stuff done when promised. IM IMPRESSED.

I love my tires that I purchased at this store. I went in for a tire rotation and was welcomed and helped immediately. I was in and out in less than an hour. I had no appointment. Thank you!

I arrived at two minutes before closing. I'd just returned from a doctor appointment. Earlier that day my car wouldn't start and needed a jump so it was possible the battery was going bad. As I drove by the store I noticed that the "Open" sign was still on so I pulled in hoping to just get a battery check. Javier Flores, the manager, welcomed me and when I told him what the issue was and that I realized closing time had already elapsed he said, "No problem." They tested the battery and the garage crew jumped into action. Sure enough I needed a new battery. I told Javier I would come back but he responded that they could replace it on the spot. Javier was engaging, competent, and accommodating. I'm grateful.
