Some how these guys just click with me. I had to take my jeep in for a cooling issue. They replaced the radiator but realized a controller unit likely failed causing original radiator to overheat. Not only did they fit me in, when the repair went a little long, they gave me a discount, though none was expected. I appreciated their assistance.

I appreciate Charles working with me on the price of the tires. I also appreciate that the tires were brought from another location and my car was completed in one day.

We have used this location for over 2 years, for 2 cars and 2 sets of new tires (much needed). They have also completed flat repairs, oil changes and tire pressure checks. We have no complaints!

These guys were the absolute best! I had a flat tire and drove in on a donut, these guys patched the tire and put it back on my car in less than 15 minutes. They were extremely nice and I will absolutely be returning to them for any and all future issues and purchases.

I purchased my tires here because this store had fixed 3 previous leaks for me at no charge and treated me like I had been a life long customer. I'm pretty sure I could have gotten my tires cheaper at Costco but this store earned my business.

Ricky was awesome, I needed to have my tie rods fixed. Ricky got me right in and Matt did a great job fixing my car. 3 days later I hit a curb & blew my front tire. Called Ricky & he was able to help me purchase 2 new tires. I am very happy with the service & consider the shop as my garage!

Hands down, the best Big-O Tire store I've ever been to. They actually checked everything out like the other stores said they did, but didn't. I know. And I was able to make an appointment--so important because I'm a busy gal and shouldn't have to take a week day off work or spend all day on a Saturday waiting for my vehicle to be serviced.
