Big O Tires

Can't say enough good about the folks at this Big O. While I was waiting I watched one of the young men there walk over to an elderly customer (over 85) to finish checking him out and save him from standing and walking, very thoughtful. Also, the mechanic noticed issues with my tire pressure sensors and fixed them without any hassle. Everyone was very friendly and I could tell they cared about their jobs and the customers. Pleasantly surprised.

My service representative was excellent. He was polite. Timely and seemed concerned to give me the best experience possible. I came in on Monday and it was just a zoo. I decided to wait until Wednesday and I am glad I did. I didn't have to wait for service and they were done in an hour. Tires balanced and rotated. Windshield wipers replaced and an oil change. I was very impressed and the price was right.

Just found out the. Coolant flush was not charged good news

The manager, Andrew, got me in on a very busy day to fix a tire that had a screw in it! Service at this store is excellent! Highly recommend for not only tires but breaks alignment etc.

Tim and the rest of the team are very nice and helpful. I'm a very busy person and they were able to work with my schedule so that I didn't have to deal with a long wait or listen to up sale shenanigans. Made buying tires easier than changing a diaper.

I was ;on a tight schedule and your staff got the part delivered so it would be available to be put on early in the morning. We were told by 10 AM but we got it back early, before 9:00 AM which helped us make our destination on time to meet family. Thank you for the excellent service.
