Big O Tires

Javier is my go to guy with my car. He always seems like he's focused and always has a great temperament. I had to go in for warranty work and had no issues what so ever. They also worked with me to hold my truck for a couple days since I was leaving town.

The professional and friendly staff keep me coming back.

The service techs went out of their way to check everything and found a tear in one of the tires. I had a good spare so they put that on for free during my oil change. They were informative but not high pressure. When I'm ready for new tires, this is where I'm going.

I dont remember his name but the man who helped me gave me great customer service! He had long hair and was from Louisiana, and helped explain everything very clearly to me. Very helpful!

Javier was helpful from the beginning. Other Big O Tires made me feel uncomfortable because I was female. Javier treated me with respect, educated me when needed, and didn't fix something that wasn't broken. I'm coming to this store for all my car needs.

the man at the counter, Javier Flores, was/is the best i have ever encountered at a retail operation. this man should trained and put in a management position. i think he would be a major asset. motivation motivation etc etc. go shop him and see 4 yerseff.

Amazing and adamant about getting to the bottom of my car issues. They definitely go the extra mile when it comes to caring for their customers. Probably the BEST in customer service that i have ever seen/experienced. Amazing shop with an amazing crew that runs it.

The repairs to my truck were dufficult becase of the age and condition of the vehicle.The work was done well . I appreciate the effort and workmanship. Everybody involved worked very hard.

I went in on Friday evening at 6.30pm to top up my tire with air (slow leak). I wasn't expecting them to fix it right then, being so close to closing time... to my surprise, they attended to me right then and there. They didn't even charge me, even though I hadn't bought the tires from them. This branch of Big O is the first place I will go when I purchase my next set of tires.

Fast, Knowledgeable and cheaper then most stores. We purchased 4 new Top of the Line Big O Brand Tires with Road side assistance and other extras for less than PEP Boys Cheapest Set of tires. Thanks BIG O!
