Javier the sales associate is very helpful and he is a customer service oriented he'll go the extra mile to satisfy customers ,Javier took the time to talk to fleet management to explain what were the repairs recommended for my vehicle and got it all taken care off the overall experience was great I will come back.

I believe the man's name was Xavier he took very good care of me at the store and I will be returning to get other services on my car. Thank you

I loved everyone who helped me out at my visit. They were warm, knowledgeable, helpful, and I will definitely be coming back. I had talked to another Big-O the day before and was put on hold multiple times and eventually asked to call back. When I did, they said they'd call me back, and they never did. So kudos to you guys for really going above and beyond the call of duty to make my day!

A few months ago, I was out driving around town doing errands. I started the Jeep after a stop, and I noticed that nothing on the column was working, no turn signals, no lights, nothing. As soon as I noticed, I drove to Big O right away. They were busy, of course. The thing is, they got my Jeep in right away, but told me that they had no idea what it could be, but with electrical finding the problem is the toughest thing. I sat down thinking not only was I going to be here awhile (fun fun) waiting for the problem to be diagnosed, and then actually fixed. After fifteen minutes, the shop manager came to me and told me that I was pretty lucky, because not only had they found the problem, but it was already fixed, and it would cost me a grand total of something around fifty bucks. I was in and out of their shop, back on the road with hardly a bump. I am a pretty loyal person, and have gone to Big O in Castle Rock for the past 15 years and loved that shop, so when we moved to Denver one of the first things I did was to find the Big O. I knew that at some point I was going to need them. Well, of course it happened sooner than we expected, ha ha. We have been to this shop six or seven times, and come away every single time having gotten great service, and the feeling that these people care about getting my problem fixed.

Excellent service. Friendly and informative staff. I'm bring my car back next week for new struts as I was impressed with service and with great reviews of this shop.

The Manager Javier was professional, knowledgeable and went out of his way to help us and to others in the neighborhood during our visit. He gave us a great deal on tires for our Range Rover and now we will return for a complete brake job that would be costly and less reliable elsewhere. Came in 2 weeks ago to get 2 new tires for my 96 Cadillac Deville. Good tires, cheep and came back to get the other 2. Fast service, didn't wait more than 20 min each time in and out the door.
