My family was visiting Denver for the wedding of my son and daughter in law. She needed better tires to travel in the mountains this winter and we needed them before they headed back to Southwest Colorado and more snow. Javier not only recommended a practical and affordable solution, but offered to store her still useful summer tires until our wedding weekend was completed. Excellent knowledge and customer service!

Came in without an appointment (did call first) to have a snow tire change over. Went and had lunch and when I got back my truck was ready.

I go in twice a year to get my tires changed (sometimes more if I have a nail in a tire)... and I'm always greeted with a smile. Service is good and they get me in and out in a reasonable time.

The crew of Big O Tires Lakewood, 9009 W. Colfax, cheerfully provided outstanding services while I wore out the tires on my Ranger. So, they were the first choice when I limped in with worn out tires, (one going flat with a screw in it!) I brought upgraded wheels and lug nuts for the new tires. Extra services included swapping spare on & off the puncture location, wheel swap operations, and making certain I got all the lug nuts required for the old wheels. No sweat for these folks. I now have classy wheels and new tires with 80K mile mfr warranty, quiet, great ride, handling, comfort, and sustained fuel economy at the best price and support I could find anywhere. Shout out for Javier Flores, Brady Balint, Charles Kirbow,and Alex each and all of whom got everything perfect, again, as usual.

I was there last Wednesday to get new tires. They got me in and out in great time. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I will be back for my other two tires.
