The team was extremely friendly and they went outta there way to get me my hard to find tires quickly. Alignment machine was broke down but hopefully they'll honor it if I come back thru

I arrived late in the afternoon and the parking lot was full, I asked a young man working if all of the cars in the lot were waiting for service and he explained that they were drop-offs and that they should be able to get me in and out in about 30 minutes. The man working the desk thought otherwise, but nevertheless, they got me in to check for a nail in my tire. The tire ended up needing replaced, and they did have another tire available, so with my coverage plan I was able to get a new tire. My wait was less than 30 minutes and I greatly appreciate the flexibility and sense of humor of the staff, during what looked to be a busy and stressful late afternoon. As a social worker I spend much of my day driving, thank you for helping me get to where I needed to be on time.

Good got better: Had some issues mine of course very helpful to correct the problem will go back in the future and for the warranty

My biggest pet peeve is when I go in & do not get a sticker on my car to show when to come back or show that something was actually done. Also Sat was so busy my car was done for about 45 min before they called me up to check out & I had an 8 am appointment.

I had to have the battery and charging system checked. The tech and manager were most helpful in trying to diagnose my problem.
