Attention/To: Clint, Sarah, and the mechanics at Big O Tires on 9009 W. Colfax I recently purchased a Toyota 4Runner and it had a lot of issues to start with. The friendly and efficient staff diagnosed all of the problems and gave me several options. Clint personally spent hours calling other retailers and looking up pricing on the internet to find better deals as this was a costly venture. After all of the repairs were made, there were still some issues, and without any hesitation or annoyance, Sarah and Clint took care of me immediately. I am so impressed by the OUTSTANDING level of service provided here at Big O, and how Clint went the extra mile to ensure that costs were manageable. It is rare these days to find mechanics and specialists who really care and look out for their customers, and this is definitely a location that does! I will always come here for my car needs and I strongly recommend this Big O Tires to anyone who needs any kind of service. I had a great experience with Xavier over there, he really took good care of me and speedy service. However, I would like to see the items on the invoice to be pointed out and explained better. There were charges that I did not ask for or understand why they were there. I had to pull the information out of him for a better understanding.

I really enjoyed working with Andrew to get my truck working properly and get new tires.I think the pricing on the repairs was high, but they got the work done fairly quickly.They ran into a few problems, but I did get my truck back the next morning first thing so all was well.The pricing was the only reason I did not give 5 stars.Andrew worked with me to get the best possible pricing on the repairs that he could.

The team at big o was amazing. I have taken my big diesel there 2 rimes. Both times I leave with a smile. The customer service is amazing they treat me like I matter. The store manage keeps his guys upbeat. I will always bring my vehicle here

Javier and his team are absolutely wonderful. Had such a positive learning experience yesterday when our Subaru broke down. His team was quick to diagnose and very helpful in the decision making process. Being 8 months pregnant makes stressful situations hard, but they explained everything so well and we're so understanding and sweet in the process. Thanks Javier!

Came in for an oil change and tranny flush, everything was good.

I usually go to the Big O in Golden but they are always backed up so I drove to the Big O in Lakewood on Colfax. They were awesome, courteous and quick! Thanks so much!

The oil change was done properly and professionally. I was offered tire rotation with it and I appreciated the reminder. The bill was not calculated correctly at first as the person did not see the coupon. Once fixed he discussed and researched some tire alternatives for another vehicle and printed out an estimate. I thought the road hazard cost per tire was prohibitive and will definitely look elsewhere to compare.

Stopped in with a low tire pressure light on and they filled all tires and sent me on my way, no charge.The next day the light came back on, so I stopped by.They found a nail and patched it up and sent me on my way, again, at no charge.Very polite and courteous, and very fast service.Thank you!

Re question 3: N/A on this trip, the car was towed in after hours, all discussions occurred by phone. Pavel and Charlie took care of me this time, and were both their usual courteous and straightforward and highly-knowledgeable selves. I highly, highly appreciate that every time I come in to your location, I am treated like a human with a brain (and not written off as insignificant based on my gender, as has happened so often in the past at other mechanics). Unfortunately, I've gotten to be buddies with your front desk staff a little too well, given the age and wear my car is showing these days. But I know I can bring it to you and get the most honest, thorough work of jsut about any of my options. You are honest on pricing, and willing to work with me when I call around for 2nd opinions and their quotes come out lower, too. The fact that you have the national network of locations to back up your work, should I be on the road, is a huge selling point for me. My only constructive criticisms for your team would be about time. Javier and Pavel often seem excessively optimistic about the time it will take to get my car into a bay, or to perform work. This last time, Pavel asked one of the mechanics to double-check the work they had done when everyone came in the morning following (which is excellent), but I wish he'd have called or texted me to tell me that my car wouldn't be ready as originally planned. It wasn't terribly long that I had to wait, as I came in an hour after you opened, so most of the testing was complete, but it was still another instance of incorrect gauging of time, which leaves me in your waiting space longer than I intended, and when that happens it throws a wrench into how I can plan my own time and making the call about whether I ought to plan to just go along with my day and wait for a call vs sitting in your waiting space. Overall, your team seems very committed to their craft and seem to have fairly healthy relationships with one another. A non-toxic workplace is the only kind of workplace, I say! It definitely shows through to my end, so: keep up the team-building efforts. Heck: redouble them and take those guys and gals (...are there any gals on staff? Hire a lady or three!), plus their SOs out to the movies sometime. They hella deserve it, they work so hard!

I've been to this Big O a free times & they are quick.

Javier and all the guys were great. Drove 2 and a half hours and came in without an appointment and was back on the road in no time. Very knowledgeable staff of people working there.
