Big O Tires

Would have been nice if the tires would have been delivered before I arrived on schedule. The delivery truck was 45 min late. had to just sit and wait. Also they said that they were going to e-mail receipt because of broken printer, still have not received.

We were so impressed with the knowledge and service! The manager, Andrew, took the time to explain everything to us. It was a big job but he put several guys on it and it was done at the end of the day!! We are so happy we came to Big O!

The main reason why I'm being so harsh on this review is that some of the items that I asked to be looked at or done had not been done. I only went to you guys because I had a coupon and because the people I had been going to for my oil changes had been unable to rotate my tires. Though that day was a very odd day for me anyway and everyone was very kind and understanding of my circumstances, I still expect the work I ask for to be done. Overall they seemed fairly knowledgeable about most things they brought up as the mechanic I go to confirmed about half of the things you guys said were wrong with my vehicle and needed fixed NOW. Overall in some ways I halfway felt like I was being scammed just because of my age and gender. I think if have to I will go to you guys for very basic services but I don't expect to be returning at all regularly.

I appreciate the staff who always seems knowledgeable and competent. I get anxious when I take my car in for service worrying that I will be overcharged or treated dishonestly. I never have this feeling at this location.

Two sets of snow tires and an oil change: For the second time after an oil change I am getting a drip from the oil filter, it is either torqued to tight or not enough.

Great prices, fast and efficient

Javier's customer service was excellent. Time took longer than expected- 3 hours for 2 new trailer tires and rotation on 3/4 ton truck, but i was a walk in customer w/o an appt. Fluids weren't topped off as Javier said they would be, and I wanted to see if a spare rim was available for the trailer. I would've turned around and asked for those items to be addressed, but was already running late for other obligations. Overall seems like a well run store.

Had aWONDERFUL experience at Big o Tires. Javier helped me try to find a tire to match my other 3, even calledback to NC where I purchased them to find their distributor. He and the staff were wonderful getting me tires and looking st my car to make sure it was safe. Highly recommend!

I have been using Big O for years and just since last year the store I frequent sold and new people are there. I had issues last year but got them resolved (eventually) I had an oil change last week and all went well, however, no one came out to tell me if I needed an air filter or if my wipers were good and definitely did not see anywhere on the sheet provided where they greased my fittings. I can change my own oil but I come in so I can get greased. I didn't think to ask until I was already gone so it was my fault. Otherwise, they got me in and out with no issues. The store is cleaner than it was in the past and there is a new television on the wall so that is nice. Would be nice if you provided sodas or water for your patrons.

I always go to Big O Tires for my oil changes, tire needs and for repairs on my car. They always remember me and provide me with good information to make an informed decision for my car. Since I don't know much about cars and they are also always willing to speak with my dad (I know) on the phone so that I know I'm getting what I need and not a bunch of extras. This week I had a flat tire (the inner wall was damaged so couldn't be repaired) so called ahead to make sure they still carry the model on my vehicle and told them I would come by in the afternoon. When I came in, they got me in right away and were able to replace my tire and do an oil change. They had ordered in the tire that morning after I called and it was already there in the afternoon so it made coming in much easier. I appreciate how nice the staff is and how helpful they are to me.

Very happy that the followed through on warranty of tire. Unfortunately had to go back as they forgot the tire sensor and replaced stem with wrong one. But everything done correctly the second time. This store is good at backing up its service.

Loved previous service desk staff. This time he was annoyed but not impolite. I felt he just didn't want me around because he had this unfriendly attitude.

The store manager was real helpful and very friendly. He explained everything very well.
