Big O Tires

I was charged for a TPMS Kit...However, after I left the store my TPMS service light came on!! I went in for four new tires and before I knew it the Customer Service Rep. stated that I needed around $4000.00 worth of work done on my brake system!! I finally had to have my son come and talk to them and we just got back down to approx. $800.00 for four new tires. It was very stressful.

I have gone here to get some flats repaired and they are always knowledgeable, friendly, and provide fast service!

they worked on the problem, and did not give up until it was fixed

came in at opening time with a screw in a repairable part of the tire. left a half hour later with a professional repair

Will be calling the store today. The car I had oil change done on is a weekend car only. After this weekend moving the vehicle and using there is an oil leak. Vehicle never leaked oil prior to your oil change. Very concerned.

Great experience especially dealing with Charles. He knows what he's doing and very personable. Keep that guy around.

The service staff was very nice and I think their prices were adequate. However, it took 4.5 hours to do an oil change, snow tire install, brakes, and rotors. Even if this is normal, I think I should have been warned since I was waiting on site the whole time.

I recently went into this store to have my brakes looked at.The folks determined that I needed new calipers and pads.They were not in stock, and had to be ordered. Do to some confusion at the warehouse, the appropriate parts did not arrive in a reasonable amount of time.Tim was very nice and very apologetic for the inconvenience.They offered to give me a couple additional services for no charge.I came back the next day and they completed the work that I came in for as well as the extra work.I left happy and my brakes work and sound great. Below, I'm adding a slightly lower rating for cleanliness.There is a weird, chemical smell that seems to be coming from the bathroom (not regular bathroom smell!).I found it unnerving and hope they find the source.

i had to go to another big O to get my car realigned afterwards. It started pulling to the right. It's not that i didn't want to go back to you guys, but your store is out of the way from where i live

I have always gone there for my tires and service.

I requested specific services & had called ahead for a quote. 1 service item was completed missed.

I was able to drop off my car after work and pick it up the next day. they even were nice to stay open a little later so that I could pick it up after I got off work.

YOU CHARGE WAY TOO MUCH FOR LABOR!!!!

On a hot July afternoon, these guys were great about pulling a tire, finding the small screw that was causing the slow leak, making the repair, and getting me back on the road.All with a smile. Could not ask for more!

You may remember me. My name is Tim Jackson. Prior to the new owners taking over I had purchased some Monroe shock absorbers. The salesman promised me that that shocks I was buying were eligible for a manufacturer rebate. When I attempted to collect the rebate I was told by Monroe that the shocks were not covered. I was pretty angry. However, I was contacted by the new owner of the Big-O on Colfax and told that I would receive a free oil change as a consolation. The other day, I brought my truck in to receive the free oil change and the counter person said that he couldn't give me a free oil change because too much time had lapsed. So I went ahead and paid for it (even though I usually change my own oil). I had also requested a tire rotation but question whether or not that was actually done. I had unusual wear on my left front tire. My commute to work forces me to take several "clover leaf" turns which put a lot of pressure on my front, left tire. The unusual wear is still present while the right, rear tire seems totally intact. Also, I didn't tell the counter person that I was experiencing some jumping and unusual sounds from my left, front tire as I make these long, sweeping turns. I don't like to give mechanics a reason to feed on my fears and automatically tell me that I need a $3000.00 repair. So my hope was that during my "free inspection" someone would notice something wrong. I'm still experiencing the "jumping" from the left, front. Had someone actually removed my wheel I would assume (yes ... I know what they say about that word) that a problem would have been detected. Anyway, I'm not saying that the tires weren't rotated but I'm left questioning whether or not they were.

I bought tires back in may 2015 and have had problems with keeping air in them to the point I have to go every couple of weeks to put air in. And this last time after picking up my truck for oil change and rotate and bringing it home I noticed air coming out of 1or the tires so I took it back and they said one of my valves was cracked and needed to be replaced. It was not cracked when I brought it in. And now the tire sensor light is back on again I think I better start looking for more reliable tire company

Have a noise in right side back tire they said they fixed it. I was told noise went away no it is back

Four tires, mounted and balanced in less than an hour. Good job!
