Great service! These folks know their stuff and I always enjoy coming by. Plus, they're prompt with switching out tires, ordering from the warehouse and generally taking care of what I need.

I had my tire pressure gauge fixed and a flat tire fixed. Everything was completed quickly and professionally.

Charles was so kind and helpful. He scheduled me even on a weekend that was very busy.

Hands down, the best Big-O Tire store I've ever been to. They actually checked everything out like the other stores said they did, but didn't. I know. And I was able to make an appointment--so important because I'm a busy gal and shouldn't have to take a week day off work or spend all day on a Saturday waiting for my vehicle to be serviced.
