Big O Tires

Incredibly rude behind the counter, not only to me, but several customers afterwards.

Charlie is always friendly and helpful! We live in the neighborhood and highly recommend this shop. I do wish there was better cooling garage where the mechanics are working in heat close to and over 100.

I have been taking my car to this big o since I got it Sept of 2017 and my car before that for some time. There have been some issues, me and my boyfriend went in at the same time one time and they got our cars mixed up, they thought his was mine and telling me things about "my" car even tho it was his, very confusing. They checked us in so how did they forget which was mine. They continue to call my boyfriend pretty much monthly for other people's cars and he has told them over and over to take his number out of their system and they never do and just keep calling. Today they completely lost my service. I got there about 25 mins before they closed, stood and waited for about five before I was asked how I could be helped and then was told we close in 20 mins and can't get it done in 20 mins. If I have a customer that keeps me past my regular time to leave I stay late.

I just needed a tire put on a rim and put on my car. All the other places I called before closed early so I saw Big O and gave you guys a chance. Brian came out to my car and welcomed me, told me it would be no problem to get me taken care of. The service didnt take long at all and I was given water while I waited. By the way the bathroom was very clean, unlike other auto places I've been to. After my car was finished it was raining and Brian was such a gentleman he walked me out to my car with an umbrella! I will defiantly be back! Thank you so much guys!

The shop installed the WRONG WINDOW MOTOR & window regulator on my vehicle after I told the service writer my windows were auto up and down one touch not happy!!!

Had a couple of things that needed to be done in three separate cars- salesperson was patient and very helpful and I was able to get all three done very quickly

I purchased 4 new tires and everything was great til I noticed 3 missing valve caps and they did put them on. The next day I checked my new tires and notice that the valve cap where used and my valve stems where the original old ones.

The store's manager Javier was very knowledgeable and very professional she did not try to oversell me any product and was quick with a call back as far as the service performed on my car I wish there were more of him at other stores would highly recommend going to this Big O Tires a great experience all around

They would not honor the deal I was told over the phone for the alignment even though I called the day before to confirm.

Just needed a couple tires swapped out. Dropped my car off and went and grabbed some lunch. Car was ready when I got back. Can't get more convienient than that. I'll be back for any future services.

Bought 4 new tires, 3 weeks later found one tire with 3 loose lugs, one with two and the 2 others had one each. Not safe! Could have been tragic, I have two small children. However Javier is the nicest, hardest working, most positive guy in town. What ever he is making give him more! A great asset to your business.

Even though I had an appointment scheduled for 10AM, they didn't start working on my car until after 11. I was quoted 49 over the phone and again confirmed this when I came in but they charged me almost $65. I was too annoyed with the wait to question this and I will not be returning to this place. Service was ok

So, another garage wanted to charge me a skosh over $120.00 to mount, balance, and install valve stems for my 33s that just arrived. I thought that was a high quote, so I shopped around, and found Big O. The did all that for $68.00 and then pretty much undercut everyone else around Lakewood, CO for a front/rear differential service and rear brake job. Now I'm a repeat customer. They swapped my tires out in about 30 minutes and were cool about advising me through the process with all the weights and what-not associated with installing crawler tires. Finally, I took my new tire install up on Loveland Pass in a blizzard on Saturday night. I stayed planted.

Technician spilled oil ALL over. Smelled something strange when I got home and opened the hood to see oil everywhere. I wasn't sure what had happened since I had never seen a mess like this in my car before, so I called the store and they told me to come back. Got back there for the technician to tell me he "spilled some oil." Still looks like theres a leak 2 days later from all the extra drippage. Shit happens, but at least give me a heads up!

I wish I caught the name of the guy who helped me, because he couldn't have been nicer and more helpful (I was the guy who had a 2007 lexus es 350 towed in for a new battery). I wrote a review on google as well. Very nice, quick, and courteous!

Not pleased that hidden charges were not explained to me,Javier just said bottom line price out the door. Felt like I was taken advantage of because I am senior citizen. I'm also a member of Lakewood Elks and will be sure to tell them about my experience.

They said it would be done in 1 hour. We finally got to leave over 2 hours later. They took the sensor rebuild off the bill, but failed to mention that they broke at least one of them and replaced it. Correct email address, but the name is not spelled correctly.

Javier is a great asset to your store. Very sincere, helpful and hard working. He took great care to make sure I was pleased with my purchase of new tires and personally helped to complete the job.
