Big O Tires

I had an alignment done on my Ford Expedition. Things seemed good untill I got on the highway heading home to Kremmling Colorado. The vehicle pulls to the right and the steering wheel is off center to the left. Unfortunately I didn't notice this untill after business hours. Frisco CO is the nearest big O tires to me, so I will call them to see if they can help me. Although at my request, the service advisor did clean off the leather in my vehicle, I was disappointed to find grease smeared on my door pannel, seat, carpet, dash and center console.

I used this store about 3 weeks ago and barely got my car back last week. I have had good experiences in the past, but the store was so busy that it took longer than normal in order to get the work I requested finished. The professionalism of the store manager needs improvement as too many unprofessional excuses were provided and there was no follow-up to the customer. I had to call daily to find out the status even though I was told numerous times that I would get a call back. The work performed on the vehicle is really what mattered and so far I have no complaints which is the only reason why I would go back.

The Big O team at the West Colfax store listened to my concerns and took their time to see if they could identify a noise I felt was the result of a previous repair. They took into consideration the significant of expense for any service I needed. They followed up as they had said they would do. Overall, there level of customer service exceeded my expectations and I will return for future car service needs. Thank you to the Big O tire team.

A few things bothered me with my experience at Big O: for some reason the $70 synthetic oil change cost $95. I bought two new tires and the sales person explained that it's best to put them on the rear axle, but when I got home I noticed they had put them on the front axle. Also I had changed a flat tire with the spare and the sales person assured me they would put the spare and jack back where it belonged in the trunk, but everything was just thrown in the trunk in a pile, I had to reassemble it myself. Next time I think I'll get my oil change at Grease Monkey, they're a little cheaper and at least they vacuum out your car!

Was at the store for 1.5 hours for the first oil change, had to wait for a filter to be delivered, then I drove a couple miles down the road at which point smoke starts billowing out from under my hood. I pulled over, looked under the bonnet and noticed oil leaking from the filter. I went back to the store, had to wait another 20 min for another filter to be delivered, then they changed the oil, again. No discounts were offered for waiting through another oil change. I wasted 2.5 hours at your store for a simple oil change just to have it changed twice. Since Subaru outbacks are so popular in Colorado, you should have products in stock and have properly trained technicians on site. With my discounts for driving with uber, I could have gone to Meineki for half the cost and half the wait. In fact, that's what I'll be doing from now on for oil changes. My tires are under warranty with you so I'll be back for regular rotations.

Courteous, professional, clean store, service was done right.. what more can you ask for? Coffee in pot.. lol

I'll start by saying I almost never write negative reviews, but I felt this time I needed to do so. I went in with a perfectly fine car and left with some kind of greasy substance all over ,y car. When I used my windshield wiper fluid, it seemed like they refilled the reservoir with a degreaser or some kind of substance that smeared all over my windshield and hood. When I asked them what they pout in the reservoir, they said they didn't put anything in there. I had to completely drain the reservoir and get my car washed. Also, I was talked into letting them change my air filter, and whatever they did caused my check engine light to come on. I asked they about it and they said they would put it back in the shop and figure it out, but at that time I didn't want them to touch my car again.

I had been tire shopping that day but no one except Big O had what I was looking for in stock as I have size 18 tires. My car was terribly out of alignment as well. The rep.that worked with me directed me towards a good allweather SUV tire and had my car serviced in a timely fashion. It's now driving like a champ! Can't wait to see how it handles the snow! GREAT SERVICE!

This is unique because of how the staff handled my vehicle There seems to be a severe lack of communication, a breakdown of honesty and increase in complicity within this location. My vehicle should have NEVER been given back to me or money taken for the initial repair without telling me the mechanic damaged my vehicles interior Then for a store employee in any captivity to act as if it was my fault my car was damaged is disheartening. I should have Never had to argue about MY PROPERTY!!! It is with most all certainty that I will never do business with that location again. I will not recommend Big O for any services of any kind and a good mechanic is hard to find! This experience has left the worst taste in my mouth that I will continue to wash away. I am now questioning all the work I had done, And that is not a good place for a customers experience to end.

I thought Javier showed excellent customer service in troubleshooting a difficult electrical issue. He went well beyond what I expected.

I was very let down by customer service I was working with Pablo, from the very beginning he was rude lacked communication and professionalism!! He seemed to be already irritated and he was very short with me I don't think it is right for a professional to toss papers and pen for me to sign as I'm checking out went there with no scratches on my rimes and now all four have scratches I will not be going back to this shop unless Javier Flores comes back that's the only time that the guys up front seem to have any respect and sense of what they are doing being a female is hard enough to walk into a shop for car maitnace without having a rude person tell me they have no patience and it's sunny outside. Pablo needs work on communication body language and his attitude and it wouldn't hurt for him to get a hair cut and A uniform that didn't look ragged and smelled I wasn't even told when my car was done this shop has turned into a joke since the last time I was in.

Went in for some minor things and before I knew it everything was done for a great price. There was a small hiccup with the work on my car, it was easily and quickly handled.

The service was slow, then they tried to blame my previous mechanic for over tightening the wheel bolts. I asked to skip the brake check, but the service technision took the opportunity to patronize me anyway by telling me "sorry sweetheart but your front brakes are worn"�

I am so thankful for Javier and Alex. I asked my mentor to go with me to the Big O tire store because I don't know anything about cars. The Big O tire staff were able to diagnose what is wrong with the car and let me know what they will need to do to fix it. Javier is always trying to find me the best price. Alex did a great job on my brakes. I felt like I was treated as family even though they did not know me. It felt like I had big brothers telling me what to do to maintain my car. I am so grateful for Javier and Alex for all their help and dealing with all my questions. I would highly recommend the Big O tires store in lakewood if you looking for someone to trust, good quality work and excellent customer service.

Called Friday to find out if they could mount my tires and perform synthetic oil change. I was assured it would be no problem. I asked how much time they would require for these two services. I was informed it would take a little over an hour, So, I made my appt for Tuesday at 8:30am. I told them I had to be on my way by 10:00am for a doctor's appt. 90 minutes for a service I was quoted "a little over an hour" should give them plenty of time. When I arrived (prior to 8;30)and checked in, they couldn't find me in the computer(all information provided on Friday) but I was on a piece of scratch paper on a nearby clipboard. Again repeated my needs and that I had to be on my way by 10. Left to get some breakfast and returned at approx. 9:30 Car is up on the lift with all wheels removed. I figure oil change was done and they were finishing up the tires. Wheels, with new tires, are soon mounted and car is lowered. Hood is opened and now vehicle languishes until shortly after 10am. Through their bay window I can no one is tending to my car. Counter guy can see I am getting angry and goes out to see what the hold-up is. He locates someone to get my car finished. At this time it is 15 minutes past my "must be completed" cut-off and the guy has the nerve to tell me that they completed it quicker than he anticipated. They don't return the tires I came in with, as I requested, claiming they're no longer any good. Actually, the guy's term was they were "burned up" whatever the hell that means. I will never use this Big-O again (9009 W, Colfax Ave) and will tell anyone who will listen what an incompetent, clueless bunch they are!!

Great shop I been taking vechile there for years but last time I took my envoy for a oil change I asked them to please top off my antifreeze and fill my power steering fluid I got charged a additional $15.00 but they didnt fill them

The worst service I have ever experienced. So bad I took my car to another Big O and spent 3 hours there so they could correct west colfax Big O mess.

I have asthma and usually the smell of tires in a tire store is overwhelmingly smelly. Not this store. Amazing to me! Thank you for keeping it clean and not filled with sales tires in waiting room.
