I feel I was taken advantage of by this store. I will never buy anything from this store again. I have told people and will continue to tell people about my poor experience.

I called to get some quotes on tires and Ricky was very helpful and sent me a number of possibilities. I ordered to get them installed the next day. They were friendly, and super speedy. I would recommend this Bog O store to anyone.

I took my SUV in as I had a screw in my tire. I picked up the vehicle an hour and a half later. I noticed my check tire light was still on driving home. When I got home I looked and the screw was still in my tire! I called the store and they said yes they should have taken the screw out when they 'fixed it'. When I told him the screw was still in the tire he said well you must have had another screw in it. No, there was chalk arrow pointing to the screw. Was a waste of my time, and gas. Granted they didn't charge me anything. I guess there was a reason why. I would not recommend this store.

I love my tires that I purchased at this store. I went in for a tire rotation and was welcomed and helped immediately. I was in and out in less than an hour. I had no appointment. Thank you!

This was a horrible experience. I had to bring my car back twice AND THE ORIGINAL PROBLEM IS STILL THERE!!!!!!!!!!

I can't give a good rating for your store because of the extremely long wait time. I came in to get new tires and an oil change. They ordered them and told me how long it will be then came back and said the truck didn't bring them so they have to reorder. Then they offered to drive to another store and grab an upgraded tire (one that I had been looking at but decided to go with the slightly cheaper ones) that was in stock. Which was great customer service and I felt that my previous 4 hours of waiting was worth it. Then I was checking out and they told me my original tires I ordered arrived right when they had gotten to the other store so they put those on it and didn't upgrade me like they said they would. That is what irritated me the most. If you are going to right a wrong then don't go back on what you promised me. I ended up waiting a total of 5.5 hours. The next day I returned with my other car to get an oil change because they gave me a coupon and I figured what happened the previous day was a fluke. Nope. I waited another 2.5 hours for an oil change. Ridiculous. I will not be returning. The coupons aren't worth me waiting that long. The only reason I have a 2/5 on customer service was because the guys did apologize for the wait but after returning the next day and waiting a long time, it appears to be just a formality.

Tires were not up to proper pressure. Missing 2 valve caps vibration at any speed over 60mph. Went back and got most of the vibration in steering gone. Aired up tires myself and purchased new valve caps stuff happens. No big deal.

I bought big o tires and am suppose to have free tire rotation. If they do not get rotated it violates my tire warranty for mileage. I asked to have them rotated and it said it would be done. I marked the tires and they were not rotated! Nor was it my the RO. Yet they had time to tell me I needed a new air filter which was replaced at another big o with in 10,000 miles and they had time to pull a spark plug and tell me I needed new plugs. It was a quiet morning with 5 techs sitting around and yet they could not rotate my tires. Is this shop going to cover my mileage warranty since they did not rotate them ?

Took my truck in last week and was pleased they could get it in fast, the techs however fell short, they busted out my center cap and lost a screw that holds the center cap in place. I'll have to spend some time looking for a replacement screw on line and I repaired the cap myself. I cant believe they would be so careless.

I've gone to this Big O tire location for years but will not be back after my latest experience. About 8 months ago I was having trouble with a cyclinder misfire and got a tuneup on my car which fixed the issue. About 6 months later the same issue started happening - which I was disappointed with since I just had you guys correct it but understand it could be something else. When I asked the guy at the store about this he looked at my records and told me he was "confused why they put a different cheaper oil in during my last visit"�. This was extremely frustrating to hear as I don't know a lot about cars and trust you guys to put in the right stuff that's needed. I have an older bmw and don't mind paying the premium to put in the right stuff. Lastly - the really reason I won't be back is in top of this during my oil change I asked for a tire rotation (overdue and bought the tires from you) which they told me and printed on the receipt - but did not rotate my tires. I have timestamped pictures before I went in show specific markings on the tires as proof they were not rotated. Beyond irritating since I've bought multiple sets of tires from you and on top of other issues that may or May not have been your fault. Javier (wasn't there at this time) has been the manager usually when I go in and has always been great and trustworthy but I will not go back after this last experience.

I arrived at two minutes before closing. I'd just returned from a doctor appointment. Earlier that day my car wouldn't start and needed a jump so it was possible the battery was going bad. As I drove by the store I noticed that the "Open" sign was still on so I pulled in hoping to just get a battery check. Javier Flores, the manager, welcomed me and when I told him what the issue was and that I realized closing time had already elapsed he said, "No problem." They tested the battery and the garage crew jumped into action. Sure enough I needed a new battery. I told Javier I would come back but he responded that they could replace it on the spot. Javier was engaging, competent, and accommodating. I'm grateful.

I am so upset that I let your company change my oil. It was discovered several days ago the oil drain plug is leaking. On my Audi A6 3.2 Quattro you extract the oil without removing the drain plug. I will never bring my Audi to have any of your staff touch my vehicle ever again. As far as who I blame I start with the manager Adina who should know who is qualified to work on Audi. I will never come back except to get all my money back. I will contact the Better Business Bureau in reference to your incompetence!!!

I went and had my oil changed at your location in Lakewood co on colfax and I was told that it would only take 45 min and it took 1 1/2 hours. That was just the beginning of it. The employees were not attentive to me as a customer employees were standing around talking amount each other when there was work to be completed. When I first walked into the establishment I was not even greeted by anyone and when I walked up to the counter I stood there for approx 3 min before anyone even helped me and there were two individuals that saw me standing at the counter and did not come and greet me right away. Both individuals were very rude!! I will not be using Big O tires anymore . I was very unpleased with my visit.

The service technician Ricki was simply fantastic he was very professional and knowledgeable also had great prices for tires that day I was in and out like he said, great workers.
