This is the second time I have come in for a rotation and after making me wait nearly two hours, I was told they could not work on my car. I bought lifetime warranty Big O tires and still could not get service. I will buy my next set of tires elsewhere.

I was happy they had my large tires. though being told there was a three hour wait I paid for my tires over the phone and setup a time to arrive - as to avoid a three hour wait. After arriving and still waiting (4hr) while being told I was not put on the list when I paid over $1000 earlier that day was frustrating. I asked for a 1 tire warranty for my experience & was charged full price. I planned on purchasing tires for my other vehicle - however purchased them the next day across the street.

Javier is an incredible person. He worked with me so that I didn't have a panic attack about my car. The techs are so fast and efficient, they get you in and out in record time, and they never have a bad thing to say. I really love working with them.

Well where do I start. I got good tires at a good price. The manager was very knowledgeable and friendly. But before I got my tires on I ask specifically if he could get me out at a certain time and the manager said they could do that! So I shook his hand and agreed to have my tires put on. Well they where 45min late after a 2hour wait.(For 2 back tires). Then when I got my car it was covered in black grease! I mean on the outside doors the back fenders and the door handle when I grabbed it got grease all over my hand. Then inside my car it has cream colored interior. Grease everywhere and I mean everywhere the door sill and the steering wheel the seat and the door panel. I was so disappointed I didn't really look at the tires. But then when I got back to work I noticed that my center cap was not it right. So I went to another big-o the next day and they told me that the center piece was broken. He put it back in properly and it went in but could still fall out because it is broken. Well needless to say I didn't go back and didn't tell them they broke my center cap or that they are the dirtiest mechanics I have ever seen. I priced the center cap and you don't want to know the replacement price! The set cost more than one of those tires I got. It's my word against theirs. Just to tell you my car is a Mercedes Benz and I will never let this big-o ever touch my car again. Just remember it's not worth the headache trying to fight your rights, just make sure you don't go there and you will be ok.

Went in for a standard service and tire rotation they checked multiple things and diagnosed a new problem I was having. I'm very grateful

Treated customer terribly!! Customer was recording his experience & excitement to get service done on vehicle when technician started acting like a thug, threatening customer. Shameful!!

Quick service, no waiting: Even though it is the start of snow tire season, this Big O had no waiting at 9 AM and had my truck tires rotated in about 30 minutes while I waited at Starbucks, across the street.I had some heavy duty repair work done here last spring, and they did a great job with that, as well!

Yesterday I brought my car in for a slow leak in front right tire. I paid for a repair. This morning on highway same tire blew out. I was told all tires were good, but needed a new battery. Low and behold my spare tire had no air. Upon returning to store.....an employee was looking at tire and swearing about not being your fault. Apparently today the problem was the STEM, which was fine day before. And instead of putting tire back on my car, it was put in my trunk. My son replaced it for me. Thanks for leaving me stranded, costing me pay, and for terrible customer service.

I've been to this store several times in the past few years. I've always received good service until recently. I recently purchased a Mustang for a project car. I had been back and forth trying to install rims and tires with the correct offset. The first ones had the wrong offset so I had to send them back and wait for different ones. Last Monday I brought in the new rims to have the tires mounted on the new rims. When I dropped them off I parked right in front of the service bay to unload them. I was told they would be ready in an hour. When I came back I parked in the same place thinking I would pay and then load them back up and only be a couple minutes. Before I could get out off my vehicle a tech named Alex is banging on my side window telling me I can't park there. There wasn't a car in the bay I in front of. I got out and told him I was picking up my rims and would only be a minute. He then told me my rims weren't ready because the rims were too wide for the tires. I told him to mount them anyways and his response was "if you don't like the way they look I won't dismount redo them" I said if I'm paying for the work it'll get done. His attitude towards me as a customer was totally unaceptable. I parked my truck and went inside to wait. when I went inside he came inside and continued to talk to me in a disrespectful manner so I said forget it, I'll take my business elsewhere. I used be a Service manger for Midas which is a sister company to Big-O. before that I was a service advisor for Colorado Chrysler Jeep. Before that I was a service advisor for Sears Automotive and I never would have allowed my techs to treat my customers this way. Since when are techs allowed to police the parking lots and tell customers that they won't perform services that are clearly in their job discriptions. I done with this store as long as he works there.

On a spur of the moment thing I pulled into the Big O parking lot to see what they could do for my brakes and figure out how bad my brakes were grinding the pads brakes and calipers were all out on the front and pads and brakes were close to out on the back, nearly 4 hours and 15 minutes later I was on my way home with new brakes the people there were more than helpful showing me the hard work that they did.

When I checked in the vehicle I was told it took 5 qts of synthetic oil but would only be charged 4. I was charged for 5. I was also told the tires would rotaated. I doubt they were as the low pressure indicators were on the same tires in the same position as when I checked it in. And is not checking and filling tires to correct pressure part of the service? I may have to reconsider where I take my vehicle for its next service. Very disappointed.

This location is excellent my car was taken care of and they took the time to make the sure the issue was resloved. The customer service is excellent they are very kind and only fix what needs to be fix or what the customer wants done nothing more.

In the future, don't let customers give you an email address that doesn't belong to them! Try to verify it first. I don't know who Aaron is or why he didn't want to give you his own email, but I'd ask that you remove me from the list.

I used them to switch out my tires when I went out to my car the following day my tire was flat. I pumped it up and realized that the valve stem was leaking (audibly) band there was a tar like substance on it. After bring it to my own machanic he told that if you are not careful when you take the tire off you can break this piece and that they should fix it. Brought the car back and they wanted $104.00 to fix it. I argued and it was fixed but was told that if something like this ever happened again I would have to pay for it. So if they break something they will try there hardest to cover it up then try to over charge to fix it.

They stayed late to fix my tire went over and beyond
