Four tires, mounted and balanced in less than an hour. Good job!

Very short staffed due to Covid, but that was disclosed to me early. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast the work was performed.

Charlie is always friendly and helpful! We live in the neighborhood and highly recommend this shop. I do wish there was better cooling garage where the mechanics are working in heat close to and over 100.

I just needed a tire put on a rim and put on my car. All the other places I called before closed early so I saw Big O and gave you guys a chance. Brian came out to my car and welcomed me, told me it would be no problem to get me taken care of. The service didnt take long at all and I was given water while I waited. By the way the bathroom was very clean, unlike other auto places I've been to. After my car was finished it was raining and Brian was such a gentleman he walked me out to my car with an umbrella! I will defiantly be back! Thank you so much guys!

Wesley was extremely courteous and professional. He communicated my options very clearly and promptly called me when my vehicle was ready.

The store's manager Javier was very knowledgeable and very professional she did not try to oversell me any product and was quick with a call back as far as the service performed on my car I wish there were more of him at other stores would highly recommend going to this Big O Tires a great experience all around

I come to the on on west Colfax because I have always experience a great service. But at your south federal location needs to learn costumer service is a must I always get ignored there

The technicians were very thourough with my vehicle. The front desk tech Tess was was great in communicating everything, every step of the way. They went above and beond here and even replaced my license plate light!! Great experience!! As a senior citizen, I felt everything from the service to price was more than fair.
