Big O Tires

I made an appointment to have two tires put on and they had me done in about an hour as promised.

They took our vehicle on within 15 min. And looked at the damage but fixed itcw no charge. We will be buying our tires from them from now on.

The professional and friendly staff keep me coming back.

Javier was helpful from the beginning. Other Big O Tires made me feel uncomfortable because I was female. Javier treated me with respect, educated me when needed, and didn't fix something that wasn't broken. I'm coming to this store for all my car needs.

Great customer service

I have been going to the Federal location since purchasing 4 new tires. It's a horrible experience. I came to this location instead. The young man at the counter was so friendly, attentive, hard working, personable and had a great sense of humor. As a fellow customer service worker, I was very happy with this visit simply because of his ability to do more than just tires with your guests.

Fast service and it was where I got the tires

I arrived late in the afternoon and the parking lot was full, I asked a young man working if all of the cars in the lot were waiting for service and he explained that they were drop-offs and that they should be able to get me in and out in about 30 minutes. The man working the desk thought otherwise, but nevertheless, they got me in to check for a nail in my tire. The tire ended up needing replaced, and they did have another tire available, so with my coverage plan I was able to get a new tire. My wait was less than 30 minutes and I greatly appreciate the flexibility and sense of humor of the staff, during what looked to be a busy and stressful late afternoon. As a social worker I spend much of my day driving, thank you for helping me get to where I needed to be on time.

The team went above and beyond to ensure my truck had new tires in an emergency 30min before closing.
