I bright our vehicle in for a tire repair last Saturday afternoon with no appointment. The team was able to complete the repair in less than an hour and did the work at no charge! Great customer service and they have taken a big step in earning my future business.

I needed to have a tire repaired that was leaking air. Pulled in without an appointment and the staff got right on it. In and out in under 25 minutes. Staff were very professional and I couldn't have been happier. I will go back to this store to purchase tires for the winter.

Attention/To: Clint, Sarah, and the mechanics at Big O Tires on 9009 W. Colfax I recently purchased a Toyota 4Runner and it had a lot of issues to start with. The friendly and efficient staff diagnosed all of the problems and gave me several options. Clint personally spent hours calling other retailers and looking up pricing on the internet to find better deals as this was a costly venture. After all of the repairs were made, there were still some issues, and without any hesitation or annoyance, Sarah and Clint took care of me immediately. I am so impressed by the OUTSTANDING level of service provided here at Big O, and how Clint went the extra mile to ensure that costs were manageable. Associates were great, very informative and friendly. They also found a nail in one tire while they were rotating them and fixed it. I'm really happy with the service. Much better than what I received at Firestone in previous visits where they constantly try to upsell you. Will definitely come back to Big O for future tire purchases and services.
