We had to go to Big O again as a tire on our car was non repairable. It wasn't a Big O tire but Gizmo was able to match our spare and align the car in just a few hours helping us on our way. He and his staff make sure it's done right the first time, but keep you coming back for their service in the future. A great store, great manager!

Fantastic services as usual. I have been going to Big O Tires for 5 years now and each time I always have a good experience. Since I started going to this location over the past year, the staff has always had an attention to detail, straight explanations, and were respectfully mannered.

This location has definitely been the best location I've come to. Which is why I've decided to write a review. I was greeted within 30 seconds of walking in & helped immediately. After I gave my keys, I had a friendly chat with David Martinez who was extremely nice and more than helpful with his recommendations of an oil change. I may not know much about cars but it feels good when people help you in these situations and David definitely helped a ton. I didn't wait long and their waiting area had coffee (plus plus) and water. I was able to change the channel & enjoy a cold water while I waited, I was so comfortable and I really appreciate all of his help & the help of his team! Definitely coming back!

I was just a block away from the big o tires on 6th & chambers getting my haircut when I came out and realized my tire was flat. I immediately drove it to big O and James took care of me right away! He was very friendly & professional. There was appts ahead of me but they still got me out of there in a timely manner! Thanks again!

I have been a customer of a competitor to Big O Tires for several years and over that period of time I experienced a constant increase in its prices and a decline in its customer service to the point I'd become merely a source of revenue to be exploited. On the day before that I became a customer of Big O Tires, the competitor had received a flat tire for its free tire repair and promised to call me when the tire was done. I had stood in line for forty minutes, along with many others and watched the employees "up-sell" customers. When I didn't receive the promised call I went back to the competitor's business to discover that they could not find the tire I had surrendered to their care, and exhaustive several minute search turned up the rim, but no tire. Then I was informed that the tire was damaged beyond repair so I had to buy four new tires because my car was all-wheel drive and would be damaged if I just bought one tire. The cost would be in excess of $700.00. I went to Big O Tires, had a much shorter line and watched the employees of Big O Tire actually provide customer service as they offered their customers several options and actually weren't high pressuring the customers to buy the most expensive solution. I got my turn and settled on a medium up-grade with everything included for more than two hundred dollars less than the competitor was offering. Big O Tires isn't the swankest tire store in the most high profile location. Its employees are attentive and provide options without the high pressure that exists at its competitors, so Big O Tires gained a customer who owns three vehicles because I got the feeling that Big O employees actually like customers and provide quality products at reasonable prices.

2 new tires, swapped 1 old tire to spare no charge . rotated tires . They had to get tires from warehouse - gave me 50 dollars off. All this during a 45 min lunch.Tks guys.
